We made the most of an unsatisfactory situation.

The location

The room was poorly cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty and had to be changed. We washed the room down with Lisol and the water turned black. The mirror were also dirty and had to be cleaned. There was no breakfast - it was gone before 9am. They offered us coffee which we refused.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Room was dirty. Tub was not cleaned from the night before when we got back the next day: like they made the bed and that’s it.

The location is right off the highway. Very convenient.

The breakfast was horrible. The room was not vwry clean. We had used towels in the bathroom from the last people that stayed there.

It was OK but I wouldn't use it again

Breakfast was lacking much of an assortment.

Room could have been cleaner. Found a hair ball in the sheets. Tub had a big Crack in it.

wasn’t comfortable because of the room just not clean like it should have been.

room needs to be updated the carpet need to be pulled up re did the laps omg, the tub need to come out!!! one towel in the room.

Take a look at the room. Roaches, carpet mangled and nasty among other issues. Not a pleasant experience.

just not what I booked for a family was supposed to be a joined room and was put in a room with 2 tiny beds bathroom sho

Location

That the Free Breakfast advertised was not provided. I paid the extra money to have included in my stay. The simple fact is they should remove the photos as well as the banner in their ads here. It's not that hard to do as it's an interstate hotel and many use a free breakfast provided to keep their travel time in schedule. Plus it's not comfortable to see local police evict another guest from their room next door with the tenant prior to the arrival using swear words through the thin walls of the rooms. This here is not what it says.

Not what we expected from rodeway

Location was convenient and the ladies at front desk were friendly. There is nothing else postive the other customers were scary.

The bed was lumpy and the comforter had burn holes. No ash tray was provided in a smoking room. The towels were thin and cheap and the ice machines on property wete broken. Breakfast was not offered as stated due to the virus and nothing was offered in place of.. The furniture was stained and very old. The atrium looked great and was very clean. The oiom we had was nothing like that.
