Definitely glad it was just a stay over for a few hours.

There was no coffee at all! Only saw cereal and yogurt!

The room had a weird smell. The bathroom smelled like a woman that has not cleaned themselves in a very long time. It was so bad when we shut door and then reopened it I gaged.

Great for traveling stop.

It was comfortable and in a good location. Staff was friendly. They served a continental breakfast.

There were knats flying by our sink, but that was all.

Decent but wouldn't stay again

It was very close to where family lived and downtown

The room could have been cleaned better, and according to the front desk, there was no housekeeping employed.

Disgusting, did not live up to the rating.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it was NOT. Everything we had in the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Mirrors were dirty. Walls, door, drawers, etc., were dirty.

Had the "Do not disturb" sign out, housekeeping came in anyway, took towels and a bar of soap we had used. But left us no extra bath towels, hand towels or washcloths. She did take the trash. Breakfast was minimal at best. Only protein was cream cheese, peanut butter, or yogurt. Coffee machine was broke one morning.

The location was nice

Not clean the bathroom was nasty and sheets where dirty had to have those changes out floor not vacuum old pizza toppings everywhere.

Nice Stay, Would Stay Again

It was nice to be able to get a smoking room especially with the drop in temperature. Smoking rooms are very hard to find. Right by the mall with all the restaurants in walking distance. Coffee was AMAZING! The best I've had a hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Fridge worked well as did the heater. It was also nice to be on the first floor. Usually we end up with an upstairs room. Parking spots available. Friendly, fast service.

Breakfast was simple: pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and fruit. Which was fine for a quick bite. There were a few burnt holes in blanket. Coffee pot in room was dusty.

Pleasant staff and is located next to an IHOP

Although bedding was clean and beds comfortable, the floors were very dirty. Appears that remodeling is being carried out so perhaps we had an older room

The Fact that it is close to shopping area.

THE SHEETS WAS DIRTY AND HAD STAINS LIKE THEY MADE THE BED WITHOUT CHANGING THEM.

Overall it was a nice, quiet, and pleasant stay after we got moved

I liked that the desk clerk responded to my situation promptly, very kindly, and showed mannerisms due to an encounter we arrived to in our original room. But The breakfast bagels and pancakes was really good.

I didn’t like the unclean floors, dirty sheets, and clothes left on the floor in the bathroom from the previous guests! After getting the clerk name John, he promptly moved us to another room! That wasn’t a good first impression!

Beautiful hotel and will definitely be back

From the staff to the room and everything in-between it was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was wonderful, even when our room key had to be reset twice. Nice quiet hotel in a great location with restaurants and stores all around.

Nothing negative I can think of besides the pool furniture, needs to be updated because some was broken and only one table with umbrella and it was hot.

You get what you paid for. The price was very affordable so I guess that got us a dirty room

Good location, easy and efficient check in

Room was filthy. Had clearly not been cleaned from previous guests, other than sheets changed. Whatever brown topper on bed is was covered in seemingly fresh stains. Did not complain as they had no vacancy and I personally witnessed people being turned away in person and over the phone. I went to DG and got some basic cleaning supplies. All hard surfaces (vanity, desk, tv stand, night stand etc) were all visibly dirty and shower was covered in dark hairs.

Very good

Property was in a good location, very convenient and close to gas stations and several different restaurants. Also the staff were extremely kind we left behind two teddy bears by accident and called and they stored them for us til we were passing back through on the way home.
