Nightmare on elm street

The lake

The fact that the front desk scam me out of extra money for a resort fee. The rooms don't have hot water . The got stains on the bed and tv don't work. This place is below city code need to be torn down

staff was rude. tv didn’t work in the room. didn’t have a trash can. also didn’t have towels or wash cloths. went to front desk to ask and the woman wouldn’t open the door to talk. never did receive towels or wash cloths and never she never came to see why the tv wouldn’t work

Everything. It's like a Crack den run by horrible Asians that's how that this is what they offer to 90% black men and famines. Horrible as they cook in the Office smelly food.

awful

room was dirty. holes in wall, burn marks in dresser, lights in bedroom did not work, TVs did not work and weren’t actually mounted on the wall but were leaning against the wall on top of dressers. when problems were presented, nothing was offered to help fix the issue especially due to no rooms being available. we left the property and went elsewhere.

Disgusting.

This was totally disgusting. The bed-sheets were dirty, the bed cover had a dark sticky stain on it, the room stank like an ashtray, there was a filthy gaping hole in the ceiling where the fan? light? had come down. The smoke alarm was off the wall disconnected. The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Unsafe and unhygienic. I felt physically sick.

Close to the beach.

The room was dirty. The towels had stains. We booked a nonsmoking room but people smoke right outside our room and no good insulation, and air leakage under the door, on the AC unit. Sink water dripping on the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken.

Clean but run down room. The lady in the office was amazing. She didn't appear to have any help.

The location was great. There was no breakfast offered.

The room had holes in walls. Bathroom door jam had been ripped half off. No towels, toiletries or coffee pot. The balcony was dirty, moldy, broken slats in handrail.

The lake

Well the door handle was broke the TV only had one Channel the remote didn't work the phone was missing buttons the ceiling above one of the beds had mold the head board looked like it had something spilt on it the bathroom fan didn't work the sink had stuff coming up the drain due to being clogged. We never got any room service at all we had 3 towels to use they never came to change trash or nothing I will never stay here again

horrible staff , disgusting hotel.

This is an absolutely disgusting hotel! I booked 2 rooms for September 3-4. We arrived a little after the check in time of 4pm. The rooms were not ready and we were told that it would just be a few minutes. We waited outside in the parking lot with our children and watched 2 employees go in and out the rooms for over 2+ hours. Not doing anything!! I went and spoke to the front desk and told them that I was not waiting any longer and I wanted a refund. Nancy ensured me that she would reach out to Elijah, I'm guessing the owner. She came back in a few minutes and told me that they would fill out the request booking.com had sent them to issue a refund. It has now been two weeks. I've spoken to Nancy several times after the 7-10 day wait time. Each time I call she says she is going to call her boss and call me back. Not once has she reached back out to me and I'm sick of playing these games with them. I CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING AND STAFF IS TELLING ME NOONE BY THE NAME OF NANCY WORKS THERE. i guess they’re sick of me calling. The hotel looks really trashy and honestly the employees looked sketchy. I’m pretty sure they were in the rooms doing drugs instead of cleaning them, which is why there was no room ready. I would not have felt safe there staying with my kids. DO NOT recommend this hotel ever.

The hotel needs to update their pages on booking.com and the other sites because I feel what they show on them sites are misleading because we had plan this trip we didn't want to look for something else.
