Very nice hotel but not going to pay $300 for one night in the off season again.

The room was very nice. Three of stayed in a King Suite will pull out sofa bed. Location is great, property is beautiful

Breakfast was not great. Could not cut the sausage patty, biscuits were hard. Was happy with fruit and yogurt, but I got the last of the cut fruit. Bowl did not get refilled. We were there at 9:15. Barking dos in the unit below us was irritating. $40 is taxes for one night is ridiculous. I know hotel does not control that but it has limited my trips to Virginia Beach. I used to go 2 - 3 times per year. This year was once, next year probably will not go at all

La regadera estaba tapata, para bañarse tenias que estar con el agua estancada La carpeta de la salita estaba rota daba un mal aspecto como de hotel de 5ta categoría La piscina estaba super asquerosa, y el jacuzzi no servia

Check in could’ve been a bit smoother but the location of the hotel was good for our whole party.

The location was awesome!

The bathroom being in the bedroom. I wish it was on the outside for whoever slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress is also very thin.

Been past 4 years, still enjoy it there but attention to detail was different this year.

Breakfast was outstanding. Beautiful location on the board walk. Rooms are great with kitchenette.

Not as clean as last few years we stayed. Cobwebs above bathroom lights, lamp shade missing on a lamp. Towels from pool/spa left out on tables. Garbages were over full especially after breakfast on weekend days. Seemed short staffed? No one ever asked if we needed clean towels or toilet paper. Had to go to desk for things.

Mixed feelings about this stay

The location was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The view was beautiful.

My driveway holds more vehicles than the hotel parking lot does. The room seemed clean, but during our stay, I broke out in welts. After informing the desk, they changed the bedding and cleaned the room. The welts continued for the remainder of our stay, still baffled about why they started. The woman on the desk that night was the only one who called the room to check in on me. Even though the manager was kind enough, he didn't seem authentic. An offer from the manager for a discount or a free night stay would have been a nice gesture.

Great Stay, loved that the beach was right out of the back door.

Great to have breakfast and the staff was great, polite and it was nice for everyone to welcome you back each time you returned.

Enjoyed our stay there.

Staff was great. Food and most of the facility was good. Location was excellent. Very pet friendly, was a huge plus.

The elevator was not working, this was very inconvenient. Hallways were very hot, no AC. Patio on ground floor ocean side could use an upgrade.

We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, the location, the beautiful view, free breakfast, room size, and the ability to shower without the leftover sand stopping up the shower. And pretty much everything else.

I didn't like not having a full stove. After staying at this location last year and having a full stove in our unit, we were under the impression that all units were the same in that aspect. This definitely changed a lot of our meal plans. You guys might want to start mentioning that somewhere in the room descriptions.

It was okay, we would book again if traveling without our kids.

Location was great, pool and hot tub had long hours, the view was great, we had a full size kitchen.

There was such little parking, we had to rely on valet to park our car & bring it to us. We were told to give a 15 minute advance notice, & when going for our car, front desk didn’t inform valet half the time and we still had to wait with our four children. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, the elevator didn’t work for our floor & we had to call for them to send it up, which they forgot to do half the time. The hallway where we had to wait for the elevator was kept at 88 degrees and was miserable to wait in. Our thermostat broke, the dishwasher didn’t work, and there was an unknown curfew for locked doors. The front desk refused to let my husband in on the last night of our stay because he didn’t have a room key. I had both in our room with our four kids who I wasn’t going to leave alone to wait on the elevator and go down 7 floors leaving the kids alone. Breakfast was alright but repetitive and not much variety.

Awesome, relaxing and very satisfying!

The breakfast was very much appreciated and very good! I loved the variety so there was something for everyone. I wish it went a little longer until 10:30 but other than that it's great! And I think the location is perfect with plenty of seating inside and out. And I loved how this hotel is so pet friendly-this is the main reason I chose this hotel but so very glad I did. The staff was very professional but also very friendly and accommodating.

I really can't think of anything-sorry but not sorry lol. I would come again and plan on telling all my family and friends. Great value for the money-all this and right on beach. You can't beat it!!!

Great location and access to the beach. Kitchen was adequate to make simple meals. Parking was tight and busy.

Newer furnishings, free laundry , separate bedroom from kitchen/living room, balcony and large windows in the bedroom.

1st shift front desk lady was nice.

Window of our room were not clean Pool was not clean. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on 2nd shift staff was not very friendly at the front desk

Come here to relax before my birthday. The kitchen was im happy about coz it has everything. I like the laundry mat it was free wash. And there whirl pool it make me relax. And im so happy it was a pet friendly.

The bed sheets was itchy and the sofa bed there was a bug. Im so sad coz we didnt use it.

Perfect location, clean, lots of amenities, great breakfast.

Parking lot was very small for size of the hotel. Overflow parking was over three blocks away, which could be difficult for some guests., especially at night.

It was a good get a way.

Few was great room was clean. Hot tub and pool were very nice, as well as the gym. Easy walk to the beach. Pet bags and trash can readily available.

The fact of not knowing that the pet stay fee was $100 before hand upset me quite a bit. The booking site just stated pet friendly and didn’t provide any other information. Also the fact of little kids in the hot tub was a little irritating.

We love that we were right on the beach and that valet parking was available. We also love having our own kitchen space. The housekeeping, breakfast, and front desk staff were all amazing!!!!

One of the valet drivers stole my car charger and tried to say maybe the car was broken into. No one else had access to our car beside us and them. The valet that rode his skateboard apologized and offered to give us one of his. We were more upset about the denial than anything. It’s the principality of the whole situation.
