You can’t give a good review without the room

The price

They canceled my room because I booked through booking a gave my room to someone else.. when I arrived they offered a less clean and more expensive room.. which I had no choice but take it because of the plans I had really wasn’t pleased… if a room is paid for in advance then the room should not be resold

My weekend stay

Once my room was changed to the newly renovated part ,my stay was great.

When I first got there the room I was given was next to a room with very loud people and worst of all the room had cockroaches. Also not much as far as breakfast. Slim pickings is an understatement.

I was highly upset with this hotel for the cost of almost 200$ for one night and the only thing nice was the size of the

Honestly the only thing was the size of the room.

The property was being renovated although I understand renovations the bathroom has dirty towels the tub had some brown goo in it there were multiple bugs the beds are hard as rocks and extremely uncomfortable the paper on the windows the heat was barely any type of heat at all the fan stayed on constantly even when I turned it from always on the auto fan. It was freezing outside that night and inside my room. The walls are paper thin I could hear conversations in the hallways the next room and every step the people above us took.

Overall aside from the big issue the stay was very nice

Great price, 3 out of 5 rating

Bed was super comfortable. 2 out 3 staff members were great.

When I arrived they didn’t have a double room for me like I reserved. My room was missing a light on the side of the bed. When I came back to the room my desk was covered in ants!! Shower shoots out weird. Needs new shower head in room 116. Juice was watered down. Breakfast sucked

Was not satisfied with my stay at all rooms should be on cheaper based in the condition of hotel.

I like the yogurt at breakfast.

I didn't like the elevator was out of service had to take stairs, need more items for breakfast, Carpet in hallways was dirty and filthy, it was stains on sheets, mold around the boarder of shower. This hotel needs a major upgrade.

Worst experience ever at a Wyndham

Everything My room wasn't clean,stains on the sheets, Bathroom tub was dirty with dirt stains and some red stuff, there was mold in the bathroom shower ,the carpets were dirty in the room and the hallway, there's a lotttttt of traffic from side door entrance, elevator wasn't working, Informed receptionist of dirty room ask if house keeping can come to clean up, Housekeeping came in my room and brought a roll of tissue ,Room wasn't cleaned this is the worst hotel I have ever visited. Most Wyndham'sI have stayed at has always been pleasant until this stay I would never recommend this hotel to no one.

I WISH I had read this hotel's reviews before I reserved a room . I would've gone elsewhere

Only sheets on the beds. No covers no blanket whatsoever and and a cheap ac unit that was obviously malfunctioning. NO ICE in the middle of June. THREE Ice machines ALL broken There were NO working ICE MACHINES on any floor WHATSOEVER!!! IN JUNE!!!.3 Floors no ice. For a WYNDHAM to knowingly not provide ice AND not inform the guest should be shameful. I am a heart failure patient driving my 80 year old mother over 700 miles going up and down 3 floors to find that none of the 3 machines were even on. I would expect that kind of lack of regard for your guest from a 1 star red light district rent by the hour hotel/motel. Be WARNED DO NOT GO HERE. It's a WYNDHAM in name only. I would NEVER waste my hard earned dollars going to this facility again nor should you. Notice the "response" section here is cut and pasted by hotel management. As they ask you to spend money giving them a chance to provide ICE???

Disappointing

The location was good n next to everything

The desk clerk didn't return my driver license and when I realize and went downstairs the desk clerk on duty told me they didn't have it and it was left they would mail it. In the morning I ask another desk clerk and she went in a draw and pulled out over 50 driver license...mines was mixed in and she gave it to me.....it's clear from the stack of driver license that this is a common practice there and they do not try to reach the visitor or mail them to the person

Clean room, comfortable beds

Hallway carpets were stained, no treadmill in gym even though it was pictured in advertisement. They gave us a room and when we entered there was already someone using it--that was horrible!

Terrible I waited at the desk for 10 minutes before a clerk came. Not nice. Hello

The covers on the bed were stained with cigarettes The clerk was sleeping at her desk. We had to go out and buy blankets because we don’t want to sleep with those dirty covers really was really terrible. I will never stay there again.

Have clean things on the bed like the covers not with stains and bleach. It was really disgusting. I will make sure I stay at a Marriott next time. My daughters bed the sheets were all wrinkly like they were never changed we never ever got in the bed. We were scared. It was dirty and disgusting.

I requested a refund. It was no telephone service and then Hotel. The air conditioner was full of dirt and cause we have respiratory issues. Please refund my money. Booking.com has not responded to my request as of yet or refund request it on March 20 for all of these reasons and I spoke to the manager please refund my money

The unit reeked of urine and the HVAC system filters were full of dirt real nasty. Cause me to have a respiratory issue.
