I will definitely stay and recommend staying here again. Breakfast was great!

I really appreciated the professionalism when I called the property and got my questions answered! Also, I was really they had a room available way before my check-in time it was truly a blessing

Staff was incredibly helpful professional and friendly.

There were stains on sheets. There was no bedding available for pull out sofa bed. I asked for a blow dryer and was told it was in the room behind the door. There wasnt one available. For 2 adults and 2 children there was only 4 towels 2 hand towels and 3 wash rags available.

It fit my needs for this trip

The breakfast foods were good and plentiful. However, there were not juice options available (OJ, apple juice, grapefruit juice, etc.)

The room was somewhat spartan. The office chair was comfortable, but, the easy lounge chair was not. There was not an alarm clock (though I do not need one), nor a lamp on the desk.

Great Surprise

From the time we walked in immediately greeted with a smile. Our room was cozy and the beds are super comfortable. Nice size refrigerator and works perfectly. It also has a microwave too! Let's talk about the mirror in the bathroom.... the best selfie lighting ever lol. Oh, what surprised me the most was Dove Products... my skin was soft and fresh all weekend. We smoke cigars and the location was less than 3 minutes away. Breakfast is over at 9:30am however you might get lucky to still get an omelets, turkey patties, pork sausages, bagels, hot/cold cereal, and muffins like we did at 9:45am... I just found a new appreciation for Holiday Inn Express.

The indoor pool is very small. And they don't accept cash when checking in. I wanted to pay with cash and add my card just incase for incidentals.

It was very comfortable

There was no hair dryer, there was only enough coffee for one person and someone pulled the fire alarm but the desk clerk handled it beautifully without panic

I love this place, I had a bad experience, hope next time it’s better

property is always clean. Breakfast is delicious.

kids was running up and down the hallway loud. next door to me it was a guy I guess sick and I can hear him spitting or whatever, ask to move rooms but they couldn’t accommodate me.

The breakfast was excellent and tasted good.the area, was clean and sanitize. The employees was professionalism.

The disinfecting spray smelled like it was cigarette odor. Please change your disinfecting spray odor.
