Clean room, nice staff, great price!

It was clean and had a view as advertised.

A basic room in Brookings, and a good value. Clean, friendly and would go back again.

It was in a hill and there are 3 rows of rooms. We were glad they put us in the upper row, which is farthest from the highway. The room was very clean with nice sized fridge and a microwave. The woman who checked us in, was extremely friendly and helpful.

It could have used a few more pictures on the walls to make it more homey. There was only one picture. Other than that it was fine I suppose it would've been nice to have another pillow or two.

Our room was pretty much a dump

Amy, the manager, was sweet and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There was a Keurig coffee machine. Free ice. Because we could only stay 3 nights instead of 4 Amy said she would refund us for the night and I should notify Booking.com but I’m unable to figure that part out!

We had a “suite” if you can seriously call it that, one bedroom seemed to literally have a paper wall between us and neighbors. Floor laminate throughout was loose, very old. Bathroom was the worst, a new toilet and sink cabinet put in but gaping areas around each as the old linoleum was just cut and not replaced. We always wore our shoes around the toilet! I’m glad we didn’t have to use the dirty stove or oven. Lower rooms such as ours are right on Hway 101 where the big rig trucks down shift. All in all, a very uncared for property.

worst motel I have ever booked. Ever!

Jessica who rapidly refunded the second day of a two day stay. (Although it hasn’t happened yet on my credit card) I watched her do it on her computer.

Other than Jessica …. it was filthy dirty, old, construction going on, and on and on. Unsavory. Can’t believe it is advertised on Booking.com…or anywhere else for that matter. Disgusting!

Nothing we ended up paying a $50.00 cancellation fee.

The room looked nothing like the advertised and the guy cleaning the No Smoking room had a extinguished cigarette in his hand

Would never stay here again, will advise everyone I know to drive straight through Brookings, OR.

It was close to the Pacific, but the ocean view room we were advertised wasn't really a reality from the room.

Room was very run down, not like the pictures displayed on your site, it was also unclean, I found a pink debit card from a previous guest under the edge of the bed when I went to plug in my laptop, and a long blonde hair in the toilet bowl. My partner stayed in another room, and got stuck outside when she took her dog potty early in the morning. The room keys would not disengage the door lock, staff was unreachable from the number they provided, and we had to wait two hours outdoors in the cold for staff to come and reprogram the door so we could get our luggage and leave, adding a delay to our trip.

It was alright. We needed a break and we got one. It was a beautiful day at the beach

The view was nice. You could see the ocean from our room . Pet friendly that was nice. We were able to check in early.

The rooms were not very clean, it is an old motel. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Towels were thin.

Superb

I liked everything about the room. I liked the big windows because I could see the ocean and the other windows were nice to have as well. I liked the bathtub! The bed was super comfortable and the room had space for me to do yoga and get work done at the desk. I love that the room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't have to leave the room for anything

The heater was loud and wasn't in a great location for that room.

love Brookings, but I won’t stay in or recommend this hotel

location was great

dirty, poor maintenance, barking dogs next door, paper thin towels, broken shower door.

The location was great.

The pictures posted of the room I was booking was extremely deceiving. I thought they were going to be nicer but there was a lot of cosmetic damages and the floors were very dirty. I just didn’t feel like the room was worth them money spent on it.

It was awful

I didn’t like anything. It’s a place someone would go to commit suicide.

Where to start??? Dirty… peeling paint, towels thin and rough. Coffee machine still had old moldy cartridge in it.

A good economy hotel, clean and affordable.

Close to the ocean, clean room, easy access, comfy bed.

The upholstered chair in the seating area needed some help. When you sit in it, it seems like you are sitting down in a hole, it sinks noticeably. There was only one washcloth in the restroom although there were two of everything else (towels, hand towels, etc.) There is no fan or A/C in the room, so it was stuffy and overly warm during the day. There is a Keurig style coffee maker in the room, but no pods for it, a coffee maker without coffee?
