I would pick this place in the future

Close to where I was going to meet people. Close to places to eat. I liked that it gave me free WIFI and usb ports at different places in the room. Cleanliness was good and room service was provided on the Sunday I left.

I can't say anything could have been better. A perfect stay would've been free LOL All in all ok

After I checked in which is 12:30am, I've been told to carry my suitcase up to 2nd level. No elevator?? I'm a little small asian lady. No help. Room smells. Not staying here again.

They did not honor my reservation. They did not have an accommodation for me even with me having a booked and confirmed reservation. I had to book another hotel at 2:00 am.

The staff at the reception was not very friendly. we couldn’t sleep as the guests in the next room were fighting and screaming and hotel administrator didn’t seem to do anything about that

Horrible hotel need uniforms and new staff ASAP!!!!!

Everything. Our room key wouldn’t work over 5 times with had to keep goin to the lobby to ask to open our door , walkways was very very dirty ,outside my room door was a broken tv . Took forever to check us in But soon as it was check out time they was at the door banging hard ready to see if you paying or leaving

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the facility felt very safe, no one hanging out in common areas. The room had a microwave and fridge.

On the last day I was staying here one of the housekeepers woke me up banging on my door. The room smell like smoke.

Smelly & Dirty

The front desk staff were all kind and friendly. Front doors lock after 10pm.

The entire hotel stank of smoke and the rooms were way too smelly. The bed sheets were stained, linens ripped, and bathroom dirty.
