Pleasant

Location was good and felt safe.

During our stay there was some A/C issues and it was very warm in the hallway. Some issue with ours as well but they got it fixed.

Bed stiff, needs a foam top, pillows too firm, sink did not drain, few others in lobby or corridors, “free” internet required personal info to register (used our own hotspot), no safe in room, no free breakfast, got ill from buffet dinner. Except for personal commode and TV, seemed more like camping.

Shampoo & Doors

Nice lobby, weird room! So the bathroom door opens out and blocks the entrance door, then the shower door opens out as well, and so hitting the commode! The shampoo bottle was half full, so y’all recycle? But a nice clean room otherwise!

A preferred stay for my El Paso trips due to location and staff's giod service. Also quality rooms.

The AC didn't work correctly all the time. It would turn back on after being turned off (2-3 times)

room was excellent, except the front desk staff they didn’t greet you with good customer service. instead of been in the front they were in the bk .
