Disappointing

Location was good

No elevator, lights didn't work, no smoke detector, wires hanging from the place the detector should be, ice machine was putting out black slime with the ice

Find another place to stay

Close to where I was having meetings

Took us 3 rooms to finally settle. First two ROOMS smelt strongly of cigarettes. ROOM i got was a mildew smell. Might would help to keep circulation going in the room. The rooms are cleaned pretty good. They have the valve on faucet permanently in place to only take showers..NO BATHS! Elevators out too!!

Had know breakfast, Needs to be updated. and had stairs to second floor. Tub mat looked dirty. who does not have a Elevator. was so hard to get luggage to the second floor. Coffee in room was horrible. Could hardly understand the staff.

Not worth the cheaper price.

The price was better than other motels in the area.

The parking was cramped and not enough for the vehicles there. I had to pick up a phone and ask for someone to come to the front desk. EVERYTHING in the motel was wore out and falling apart. I could not take a bath because the tub was patched with duct tape. And there was some man hanging around in the parking lot waiting for someone to open the side door so he could seek in. He tried this with me but I pulled the door shut before he ran up there. Then he stood outside and beat on the door wanting in. That was when I started making arrangements to change my stay from 2 nights to 1.

The room was dirty the floor had not been vacuumed. The shower was broken. When you turned it on water shot everywhere and then the shower head flew off. The room was damp feeling and smelled like mildew. The air conditioner either wouldn’t work or got too cold once it came on and then we nearly froze at night. I had to buy blankets for the second night so we didn’t freeze all night due to the air conditioner would not turn down. No coffee or creamer in the room the location once night came was a little scary. When we tried to checkout because we had to leave by 6am we were locked out of office and couldn’t check out. There was supposed to be a breakfast included and there was not anything.

Parking was next to the road and there was several different types of undesirable people that ventured to that corner when it got dark. Not a good place for children or families to stay.

ROACHES!!! Rudeness!! I am NOT some uppitty hotel Queen!! I have stayed in nice ones and NOT so nice ones, I am a CHOICE PLUS MEMBER AND I AM EMBARRASSED THAT THIS REVIEW IS ONE OF YOUR HOTELS! They put me in a room wayy out back next to storage rooms and vacant rooms that had been demolished and left the windows open.... Turned the light on and ROACHES SCATTERED!!! I mean 20-30 of them!!! Horrible!! I eill write a review thru Choice plus!!!

Nothing at all.

The gentleman who checked me in was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I, work in the hotel industry. I am a front desk clerk who checks guests in...NEVER would I speak or act the way he did to any guest. I selected a non smoking room which definitely had been smoked inside of. The sheets had stains. The bed squeaked. Check out time is 11am. I’m assuming it was housekeeping but someone opened my hotel door at 10:25 am!!!!! They didn’t knock nor call. Whoever opened my room door had a master key bc my door was shut!!!! So again if it wasn’t housekeeping then it was another employee who has the master key to all rooms. Horrible service and horrible room stay. I’ll NEVER return to this property.
