Hot shower

No TV (it was new and had to be set-up) with no break to the bill for inconvenience. Shower curtain had no liner and flooded the bathroom when shower was used had to use all the towels to clean floor

The ONE evening/night manager I cannot recollect his name. He was I guess you could say understanding and informative helpful with the vending machine. Seemed like he would be a cool cat outside of work, when it came to interacting with me, however when my girlfriend went in to speak with him..... (cont. below) Pet friendly. That's it.

*Watch your personal belongings when house keeping comes in. *House keeper had stolen my girlfriends highly expensive phone charger not a Big Deal Right? Wrong! As it was the only charger she had that actually worked for her phone. (Further details below.) *Only 3 maybe 5 tv channels. *Very weak wifi *A/C unit hardly worked. Would only turn on for maybe 1-2 minutes than shut off. *Watered down coffee nothing else. *Had a pool but closed. (Been closed for sometime from what I understand.) *The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. *The toilet when flushed was way way too powerful! (Like who released the Hoover Dam?!) *The main manager lady or whoever she was Extremely rude and unprofessional. *I was double charged on my second night stay 178$ after tax when I had reserved over the app, an yet they charged me for on site reservation. So no refund from either end which drained what I had put into my card for expenses for hotel room and gas to travel home 3 hours away. So had to figure out how to get home broke. (Real pleased about that.) *The room when told that being reserved on site was something over 103$+ and an extra 150$+ for security deposit, but yet only 63$ when reserved over phone and no deposit. *Main tv in room was broke so they placed a much smaller tv in front of the bigger broken one. (Like that made it ok.) ****************When going to bank to see if it was open so that I could see what I could do about being double charged they had the house keeper go through our room. *THE HOUSEKEEPER DIDN'T DO ANYTHING NO NEW TOWELS NOTHING WAS MADE AND WORST OF ALL IS A THIEF! *While housemaid was in our room they had deliberately went through all of our belongings and stolen my girlfriends phone charger. When we returned we noticed several things were out of place and her charger was missing. She immediately went to front desk to politely ask if it was taken. The front desk clerk was Beyond rude to her.

Person at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

TVs not working, run down property. Rooms under remodel but still charging full price.

Basically nothing except for the hurculian efforts of the front desk to overcome the IT issues that prevented checking in the guests.

Dirty floors. inadequate room space. Equipment (fans and air conditioning) excessively noisy.

bed was to hard and the shower flow was weak.

The new flooring was nice. For us the short stay was acceptable. The bed was ok and average.

To take a shower the water never warmed up. The tv didnt work and for a remodel the window should have been changed out and upgraded.

Drafty rooms Heater outlet in Rm 124 arched and burnt the outlet and very cold and drafty Moved to Rm 128 much better til morning.....NO HOT WATER for our showers Won't be staying again!!!!

The shower was dirty so bad I never used it. The lobby was a mess kids and babys everyware and an old dog that looked like he was dying.
