Comfortable and clean

Clean, well maintained with good services and reasonably close by car to beaches, stores, supermarkets and cafes. The room was very tastefully appointed, very clean and had all the bathroom amenities I needed. The kitchen could have been supplied with dish soap because as a solo traveller I don’t accumulate enough dishes on a 2 night stay to warrant running the dishwasher.

Staff were unfriendly although helpful and knowledgeable. Not one of them smiled or made me feel welcome. A couple of them were downright stern in their demeanour and interactions. Perhaps more training is needed to help staff understand how to interact with guests. I very much appreciated breakfast being included and most of the food was good; however, the yogurt was warm so I didn’t eat it because unrefrigerated dairy can be harmful.

A really great experience.

Fanatic landscape. Beautiful buildings. Great pool even though it was to cold at the time to use. But we used the hot tub which was great. Just a beautiful experience. You could believe you were anywhere tropical.

The breakfast was in a separate building. Which would have been bad in bad weather.

Quiet Getaway with a super friendly atmosphere.

The King Loft was very lovely and nice size. It was a comfort to have the bedroom upstairs away from other areas. The full kitchen was a plus. Everything was at our disposal. The unit was quiet but you could hear the neighbors going up and down their stairs, nothing to complain about. All pets were and mostly children were on the 1st and 2nd floor.

The bed was super hard. Very uncomfortable to sleep with the big pillows. Nonetheless once you find a good position, don't move! you will never get it back.

Relaxing

The room was great! Lots of space and unlike anywhere else we’ve ever stayed! The hotel was close to everything and everywhere. Little on the pricey side, but we figured because of the area it was normal so we splurged. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and accommodating.

The pool area closes too early for the price you pay to stay there. We went to dinner and wanted to come back and enjoy the hot tub for a little while since it had finally stopped raining and the weather was decent (we were only staying for one night for our anniversary). Almost as soon as we got down there we were told the pool area was closed. Totally our fault for not asking the hours, we just assumed it was 10pm like all the other places we’ve stayed at.

Pleasant! Definitely recommending to more people in the area who want to get away for the night.

Clean & so pretty! Can’t believe people pay more money on hhi for the hotels that are way less comfortable and nice to stay in.

Disappointed with this stay due to amenities not being offered though stated online, the main reason we stay is the amen

Lobby closed from midnight til 8am so no access to ice machine, coffee Bar was not available for 2 days since worker was underage and couldn’t serve alcohol. Both amenities stated online but weren’t available , Very disappointing. Emailed general manager twice but no response

We would definitely return here.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable.

Not enough hooks in bathroom. Clothes bar in sleeping area not high enough to hold shirts and jackets. Balconies need a small table. An extra lounge chair would be nice.

Will stay again

Everything in the room was cozy and it was clean. the staff were attentive to our needs.

only con for me is you have to go to the main building where you check in at to eat breakfast. I was traveling with my grandmother who cannot walk far distances too long so she was not able to enjoy the breakfast that was provided.

Fun Loft Great Location

We loved the location, the staff were very friendly, and the loft room was spacious and fun! The two bathrooms were a great added bonus.

The bed was really hard and left me waking up every hour sore. I would have used the kitchenette if there was a mini bottle of dish soap to clean up. While we loved the loft, it made the acoustics so the person downstairs heard the upstairs TV loudest and the person upstairs heard the downstairs TV loudest.

Overall it was a nice stay.

The room we stayed in was quiet, clean. Nicely decorated. The new appliances that were provided worked really well.

As a thought I am thinking that the kitchenette is there for convenience, and not necessarily there to be used by most travelers. I am one of those travelers that loves to cook, and not go out to eat for pleasure. The cookware that was provided, was awful. If I had not brought the right ingredients to cook with, it would have not turned out well. The utensils provided not good either. Tried to open a can with can opener provided, did not work, it was rusted and old. The room did not come with paper towels, no dish soap, just powdered soap for the dishwasher. It is not set up to be user friendly. I also did not appreciate that we were ambushed by a salesperson to sell a time share.

Don’t know if I would stay here again

It had a good location, it was quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was substandard. The room was clean and nicely furnished.

Didn’t like being approached by a timeshare person. I booked through bookings and didn’t realize it was a time share.
