Exceptional

That it was close to everything and that it was easy to find. Comfortable king size bed in a nice room. The rate was a little high for one night but it was a very nice room. The breakfast was very good and convenient.

The room was very clean, bed was great. Loved the rocking chairs outside the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly.

Like that the sink area was separate from shower area. Beds were SO comfortable!!!

We enjoy the mountains, we go as often as we can and Maggie valley is our favorite

When we go to the mountains maggie valley is our favorite place to stay, it's quite and not far to drive to Cherokee, waynesville, or pigeon forge. We always want to stay at the best western, the staff is great, rooms are always clean , towels are soft and the beds are wonderful. The price of the rooms are reasonable and you get your moneys worth . As. Far as breakfast is concerned we enjoy going to country vittles, the breakfast is great and the price is good. If we could we would stay for a month , God created the mountains and we look forward to ging every chance we get !!! MAGGIE VALLEY BEST WESTERN MOUNTAINBROOK INN

The stay was comfortable good for one night I wouldn’t stay any longer.

The property was clean and quiet.

There wasn’t anything to drink not even water and the drink machine only accepted cash.

Great place to stay!

Comfortable After the Slopes

Great little stay, especially when it's 12 minutes from the slopes. Comfortable and the fridge and microwave made eating snacks and drinking cold ones too easy.

The room got a little but flooded but we were able to switch rooms pretty quickly and easily.

Exceptional

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and really nice. Location for us was great. We have stayed there several years and plan to keep on staying there.

Rooms and hotel are nice for the price. Breakfast was “alright” and the employees were fantastic

The staff were amazing and the Mountain View was a huge plus. The rooms were as expected for the price.

the location isn’t great when it comes to convenience of anything really. Just about everything around the hotel closes around 5-6.

I would recommend this property to anyone. I am pretty sure it will not disappoint.

Our stay was short but I enjoyed it. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The hidden Gem at this property was the staff. Every staff member I encountered was so accommodating. Especially Misty she made my sister and I feel welcomed the moment we stepped foot on the property. I noticed her interacting with everyone this way. In such a polarized world we live in today it was refreshing to see someone so personable and appeared to genuinely love her job and did it well. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I had anything to critique it would be the bathroom needs updating.

The lobby was tiny, not enough seats to enjoy breakfast. So small you couldn’t get to the food between the tables.

No need to think about this one--just book it. Perfect location, perfect value.

I stayed in 3 different places in the area, and this one was the best hands down. Opening the door was a delightful sight. Clean, comfortable, and perfect. Can't say how much I enjoyed it. Breakfast was yummy--staff was amazing. Can I just stay at a place like this every time?

I really can't think of anything. Walking up the steps with suitcases was a mild inconvenience.

Great location if you want a less Dolly experience - Clean. Facilities as described - Friendly and helpful staff - Nice Pool and gardens at rear- close to town

Not really the property’s fault but limited eating out options in nearby area - seem to close in a rota !
