It was in a perfect place, center of village. Still being redone, and room and bathrooms were lovely

Breakfast was great, plenty items to choose from. Loved the fresh fruit, eggs and yogurt! Dining area clean, being restocked constantly by a pleasant staff . Coffee was good, perfect to start the day!

I didn’t dislike anything. The only thing I needed was a small night light…ok, I sleep with a night light every night ! No big deal.

We were super impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place and the kindness of the staff.

Perfect location for us!

Took the bikes to Maggie Valley, NC. Visited the motorcycle museum "Wheels Through Time" The Comfort Inn was extremely accommodating to the motorcycle folks that were there. In the morning, they would place a container out with dry, clean towels to wipe the seats & windshields. That was extremely helpful, Thank You Comfort Inn Maggie Valley, NC👍

We stayed a couple nights. And had to get new keys 3 or 4 times. Just a slight inconvenience 🤷

Maggie valley Comfort inn is horrible and I’ll think twice about using booking.com again.

Location to were we were going

Paid for a king room but was put in a room with two tiny beds, a broken closet door, damp carpeting, damp towels, and a floor light that didn’t work,when I ask about this the staff told me ( with a attitude) booking.com screwed up and over booked the room, they would not refund me anything and told me my issue was with booking.com We were grossed out and could not remove our shoes due to the damp carpet, and it was so unsanitary to use a damp towel getting out of the shower. My wife and I travel a lot and have stayed in many places but this place takes the cake for being rude and dirty. I expect booking.com or the comfort inn to reimburse me plus , for not getting what I paid for and for putting up with unsanitary accommodations.

This trip was on my husband's bucket list and it was everything he dreamed of !!

Breakfast was very good, hotel location was perfect we were in walking distance to everything!!

Nothing could of been better for us we had a great time!!

Pick this hotel.

Next to fairgrounds. Nice, bouncy beds! Good air conditioning. Good coffee and included breakfast. Within walking to shopping and restaurants. I could not expect more for the price. Mater of fact, I've paid 3 times more for a hotel room not even close to this room. We'll be back.

Except for the bed, the room and facilities were good. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful. Good choics are available for breakfast.

The bed was uncomfortable. It crinkled like cellophane, and we could feel the springs shift every time we moved on the mattress.

Needed a calm and relaxing getaway and this fit the bill perfectly.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions because of the central location. Hop skip and a jump to Waynesville, Cherokee, Bryson City, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Always great front desk staff. Convenience!

This was the first time we stayed here and won’t be the last time.

The breakfast was delicious! There was such a big variety of food to chose from.

Everything was wonderful! Please don’t change a thing! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We hated to leave but definitely will be back. Thank you!😀

Great hotel in a convenient location

We were in town for a family ski weekend. The Comfort Inn was in a great central location. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the included breakfast. Breakfast was very good, with a good hot selection of foods. Room was large and comfortable. Location was convenient to skiing and everything else in Maggie Valley and Waynesville. We'll definitely stay here for our next ski trip!

We don't have any complaints about the Comfort Inn. Hotel and staff met and exceeded our expectations.

Place was pretty standard for a Quality Inn. Rooms were clean.

The water temperature of our room was either scalding hot or ice cold. No in-between.
