It was awful!!! Worse money ever spent

This Motel was the worst ever!!! My latch didn't work..they gave me another room. 1 room away. I saw lots of homeless people in the parking lot. Man going through the garbage for food. Dogs barking at me as I walked to my room. Turned on the fan and it stunk so bad of smoke. My heater didn't work. I was freezing. The people near me were so loud all night. Giving me 15 minutes of sleep. 2 car alarms went off as the partying kept going. They had absolutely no respect. I was actually too scared to complain. Didn't want anyone knowing it was me that called. I will never recommend, no ever ever stay at this location. It appeared that many actually lived at this hotel. I felt very unsafe. Also there was no blanket but a thin little one with a sheet. Totally horrible experience.

Easy getting in hard to stay no way to relax can't watch TV no customer service no remotes no pillow

Asked for two extra pillows never got them also couldn't use any of the three remotes they gave us to decipher which way it would make the TV work and still never had got the TV to work even though they said they'd bring us new remote controls and never have still waiting 2 hours

Thankful for a roof over our heads 1 more night!

Clean with an excellent Mexican food truck across the street

The sink water pressure was crazy HIGH and splashed everywhere and the shower water dripped and never even got remotely warm no matter where the handle was. They are phasing out the microwaves which seems utterly silly to me but enough people complained about the smells from previous customers to make it not worth while, but still charging way too much for a basic tiny room with full beds. Invest in an ionizer or room spray to cleanse it! The mattress is too small for the frame and I can’t count how many times my husband hit his shins on the damn frame!

Terrible. Will never come back. Will never recommend this location again. Want a refund for the horrible experience.

Everything was clean.

The constant headache pounding noise above our room from construction we were not notified about at check in or prior when I made my booking. Instead we had to endure it and we were low priority to the staff on duty when we begged them to ask them to stop for the day. Also the construction workers were smoking outside our room, as well as they parked their forklift in the wheelchair unloading area of the handicap space. When I complained to the mgr on duty, I didn’t feel our experience mattered to her - she waited to address everyone else’s needs first and I had to repeatedly ask the staff to address the problems.

Nice staff but rooms yucky

Convenient location to freeway

Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke so badly I had to change rooms. Room phone didn’t work.. had to unplug and wiggle cord to make it work. Sketchy people wandering around.

Couldn't sleep it was to cold which was uncomfortable. I've stayed here a lot this was disappointing

The location and staff.

There was no heat in the room. My friend and I kept thinking the room would warm up but it didn't. I slept in two sweaters and my friend slept in her jacket. There was a crack to where you could see the light by the door even with it locked. Maybe the air was escaping through that. The tv also didn't work. The wifi was unavailable.

Did not have breakfast was unaware you had it. Room was very clean, but I checked it at eleven on a very cold night. Room was extremely cold, and heater was not up to the task. Called front desk and asked for a blanket which was provided by the girl at the front desk. who was very pleasant She came up and adjusted the temperature on the heater. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Temperature of the room and inability to warm it up, did not sleep well.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The motel was close to the surgery center where I was scheduled early in the morning.

Shower floor was dirty. No towels in the room, so I had to go to the front desk. I was told they didn't have any washcloths, but I could have two bath mats instead. Room was too warm with no way to adjust the temperature. Bed was uncomfortable. Property was noisy. Lots of people milling about outside.

We stayed in a Motel6 in Albany...it was wonderful clean and staff was hospital friendly. We thought we become a member and check in again in a Motel6. We booked a Deluxe room for a "late minute" price. We got a different than on the picture, we choose when we booked. It was loud, had damaged fly screen shield and what had made us cancelling the booking...the desk stuff told us, there is no other room available, but on their website it was written 'one is left'. We are tourists, but not stupid. Thanks for this bad experiance

It served the purpose of my stay.

Didn't have breakfast. I don't drink coffee. Location was perfect for nearness to the hospital where I had a procedure scheduled.

No soap in the bathroom. No shampoo, Only one garbage can for the whole room, in the bedroom not in the bathroom.

The new management was great. I complimented how clean everything was as well as the riff raff appeared to be no longer around. I felt safe and now appears run by people who care.
