Great location

Room could have been cleaner (liquid drip marks on walls and dusty). Pillows all thick- bring your own pillow.

We’ve found our favorite place to stay when we come to Springfield!

Very clean, We travel with a black light and this place passed with flying colors. it was roomy and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Great value.

First and last time at Best Western.

Nice staff, friendly. Breakfast was decent. The room seemed clean too so no complaints there. But the hotel failed miserably by giving us a room with torn off panels off the walls, a heater that made so much noise you couldn't sleep and poor internet.

Shocking to be given a room with torn off panels off the walls. How a room isn't closed off like this until things are completed I don't know. Awful internet, and a heater in the room that had a low, med and high setting, but only seemed to work on high and made so much noise you couldn't sleep. The hotel had an issue with their washing machine breaking down, but that was out of their control so no issues with the shortage of towels - understandable. However to allow a room like that to be hired out is in their control, and thus the poor rating.

For the low price, it was a great room. Comfy bed and very clean. Breakfast smelled great, didn't have time to try it.

Have stayed there many times in the past and will never stay there again.

Not able to try the breakfast, as it did not open until seven, unlike most hotels who start breakfast at 6 am.

Have already stated above what was unacceptable.

Friendly staff, bad room.

Rm 209 Bathroom door didn't latch. Shower took time to get hot then was absurdly hot and could not be turned down.

Location was good

Our bed had a big clump of hair on it. Wondering if the sheets were cleaned. It was gross. No one was ever at the front desk, we had to run g the bell. Parking lot was messy. I prob won’t t go back. Just wasn’t clean and it was very disappointing. The hotel was full so no changing rooms. At 250 a night I expect more!

Wished there would have been a hot tub to use and the beds were a little soft and lighting over the bathroom mirror isn't great for makeup or hair. Too much reflection

I was double charged. Treated rudely, called the B word, and after being told my stay would be comped, I was charged the full amount a week later. Management and corporate did nothing to remedy the charges.

The best breakfast that we had on our two week road trip.

The room was a good size and comfortable. The free breakfast was over the top good.

Great stop over on our way to Seattle.

The staff that checked us in was very welcoming and helpful, made a great recommendation for a restaurant. The room was spacious and had a balcony.

They took advantage of the week of track and field world championship and charged astronomical prices, to the level of price gouging. The problem is that then you need to at least provide a decent room and service. Toilet was broken, a/c didn't work.

sub-standard experience due to staffing/mgt issues

Nice location, easy access off freeway, ample parking, excellent hot breakfast.

Under staffed, room not ready hours after check-in, elevator not working, no hot water in shower, no power outlet for only light source (lamp) in coffee/microwave/fridge area. We had to climb behind the furniture to unplug microwave in order to plug in coffee maker. In hindsight, we should have made coffee in bathroom.
