Worst motel/hotel experience of my entire life.

Honestly, nothing.

Just about everything. My door hardly shut all of the way to lock. I paid over $10 more for a fridge only to wake up the next day to all of my money’s worth of food completely ruined. I had to throw all of it out. On top of that total bull- I was SO cold. I woke up so cold that it physically hurt. I was in literal tears trying to figure out what to do. No one in the office would answer the phone so, i got creative. I blasted the hot water in the shower leaving the bathroom door open so it could warm up the room. (Keep in mind, I was stuck there to begin with because of a bad snow storm-) I could honestly go on for hours about all of the ways this was a terrible experience- but I’ll just leave it those few examples. This is a very sketchy, un clean, un safe, un professional mote and area. I am out so much money from staying there. It ended up costing me double the amount because of all of the food I had just bought and had to throw away due to the fridge. Never again.

Nothing that I like. Worst place , nothing works

Everything is bad. As soon as we entered, the whole AC unit wasn’t working and they couldn’t give back my refund. It was very outdated and dirty place. In the middle of hot summer, there was no working AC and the hotel cared less to refund us. Literally worst customer service ever. Please stay away from this place. They will fry you in hot summer with no working AC

We booked a room for a week with a fridge/microwave and air conditioner 😔 when we arrive at this nasty place and check in our room ...when we open the door NO MICROWAVE,NO FRIDGE,NOW AIR CONDITIONER!!! AND IT 98°OUTSIDE ....I went to the front desk showed them my reservation and what room I paid for they tell me a microwave will be $8 extra fridge will be $8 extra and no air conditioner to buy a fan!!!!!! I ask for refund so I could go somewhere else they refuse so YES IM HERE WITH WORK AND HAD TO STAY DUE NOT FUNDS BEING LOW FROM TRAVELING I will never rent from these ppl in my life again staff is rude rooms are dirty couldn't even cool off in the pool it looks like a septic tank !!!!

The customer service was great, I really appreciated the way he noticed me and helped me get a room earlier than check-in.

The staff was polite and very helpful.

Make sure the rooms are actually clean before allowing guests in them. The bathroom was not clean we only had one towel, no wash clothes, and a mat for the floor. It also smelled of urine by the rug area by the main door.

The stay was very pleasant and staff made us feel very welcome.

The best part was the staff. The young man at the front desk was better than any other hotel employee I have EVER had to speak to. He was fast, knowledgeable, helpful and had excellent customer service skills. Also the security that was on duty was very present and even made my nephews laugh while having a conversation with them. Very pleasant stay considering all that was going on. My uncle and his family (wife, daughter, three sons, their dog and cat) were forced to leave their house by police after it was raided. They no longer have a home and that was the first night after it had happened. You guys have no idea how easy you made it for us to feel a little better just by being good people and to everything. Thank you for everything.

The location was great. The fun bus picks you up right in front.

Everything is still the same from 30 years ago they haven't upgraded or fixed anything. They have literally done nothing it's the same sheets the same comforters the same TV the same nasty yellow walls from 30 years ago. And no breakfast
