Terrible.. they need to advise customers that there is no staff at front desk or no one at site.

Bad lighting in hallways, unkept property, big potholes in parking lot, no one on staff, room had no amenities, no security on property, towels were very small and only one washcloth was given, sink was stained and floors were not clean, no extra toilet paper.

The price seemed good at the start. It was close to the major highways/off ramps. Easy to get to.

The "kiosk" with the zoom employee was unusual. I never did ever see a motel employee onsite. He told us rooms were available but he couldn't book one because the "system was down" but I could book thru a 3rd party and he could check me in. (which i did thru booking.com) Upon arriving at the room, the door was open. The carpets and floors were dirty. You could also tell they were in the process of painting (and with bad color choices but that's not applicable). The beds seemed clean and we were only staying the night and leaving early the next morning. During the night there was some sort of very loud bbq party happening outside our window. I called the "front desk" several times with no answer. Well, much to our surprise we woke up to an ant infestation. They were in the beds and all over the nightstand. We again tried to call the "front desk" several times with no luck. We went downstairs with all our things and found a new person on the front desk zoom kiosk machine who we explained the issue to. He proceeded to blame us for not telling them it was a problem when we checked in. He just said we would have to call Motel 6 and talk to them. Which I did. I spoke with someone from customer care and they are "reviewing the complaint" which will take 5 days. I will be very, very unhappy if nothing comes of it.

Unless there are no other options in Junction City, I would not stay here again.

Price was right, location was close to the highway and easy to get to.

Check in was virtual and hard to understand. We waited a long time to check in. 3 people in line left to find other accommodations while we waited. Common facilities were dirty, elevator was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaning in a long time. The room had some dirty linens, trash and dirt on floors. It was suppose to be an ADA room and didn't appear to be, could not take a shower because it wasn't accessible.

no toilet paper, the frigid was nasty inside, open and use soap in the bathroom, yellow spot on pillow case, no trash can, only one lamp installed out of all lamps inside, no control remote for the tv, window can’t be lock, ice machine out of order, drinks machine out of order

Good value for what it is. No frills. Rooms are old and outdated.

The convenience of having 24 hour checkin through the virtual staff. I also liked the option to book a smoking room for a family member who has mobility issues (and is a smoker). There is ample parking and close to a gas station and intestate. Decently priced for what it is. The bed was fairly comfortable though.

The check-in time on the website says 2PM. When I arrived at 2PM I was told I couldn't check in yet. I had a very tight timeline because of a graduation at KSU at 3:30PM. Luckily our 2nd room (the smoking room) was available so we could freshen up. I also didn't like that smoking rooms were sprinkled in between non-smoking rooms. The entire 3rd floor smelled like an ashtray. The rooms are old and outdated and bathrooms look dingy.

Don't stay here SO LOUD

It was clean

The box spring was broken and made for a terrible nights sleep, there were no staff available to help me with the bed and with an issue I had with very loud neighbors who were fighting and had a barking dog. Also at the front door, the doorstops you have caused my sister to trip and fall and tear her shoe. You also need new windows that block out the sound better, it felt like my room was in the middle of the highway. Having a person on a screen greet you and check you in is so impersonal, you need real staff there to help people.

Who maintains your property? Electrical plugs: some worked, most didn’t. Bathroom light: no, instead, a strip light was plugged into an outlet outside of the bathroom and run into the bathroom. The GFL outlets did not work. Our clerk was in a “electronic box”. seemed pleasant enough, but really? Elevators were in bad shape, yes, they worked, but molding had been torn out.

wouldn’t recommend. The rate was absolutely ridiculous for what we walked into. had to got buy our own sheets.

The outside of the building was clean and looked nice.

This was absolutely awful. Dirty sheets, mold around the toilet, water leaking from the bottom of the toilet.

I’d stay here again because of how clean and update it is but not if I’m greeted by a machine.

The cleanest and most updated Motel 6 we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll payed out with plenty of horizontal space for laying things out. The gal installing our new tv when we first arrived was very very nice. Personable and friendly.

The impersonalized greeting! Talking to a human being Thru a machine?? In the hospitality industry? That’s a big nope for me. First time encountering that and was so happy there was a gentleman ahead of me so I could learn how to operate it from him. It’s already hard to hear hear and understand the Middle Easterneangpush speaking people but doing it thru a machine really challenges us old folks!

Worst room I ever stayed in, In my life.

The employee at the front desk was nice and polite

i was given a room that smelt extremely strong of cigarette smoke, I have asthma and had a hard time breathing the entire stay. I asked to be moved but was unable to and was treated with a deodorizer that only lasted 10 minutes. the toilet was FILTHY with pee all on the seat. No new toilet paper rolls, rolls were left from previous guest. towels were NOT WASHED and covered in hair that was not mine. shower did not work properly and felt like I was using a water hose to shower. shower May had mold on it. bed sheets and pillows were not washed, again found hair that was not mine. woke up with BED BUG BITES!!!! I have stayed at motel 6 before and this was the worst room I have ever stayed in, in my life. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
