Very good resting place. Nothing bad I can say I will be back all the time I go to Lubbock I like they have eyes refrig

Very close to the hospital and my medical doctors at different locations

I like the property, nice and clean and friendly with the staff

If you’re looking for a good place near Texas Tech for a short visit. I definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable. Good price.

The continental breakfast was not maintained at all. Out of mostly everything by 7am and not restocked

If you need a good night sleep, this is the place. Quiet. Not bustling and comfortable

I stayed almost 2 weeks there as I was relocating due to a divorce. Off the main path, so I was able to avoid any papers being served. I used the washer/dryer there. I used the covered parking, especially nice during a summer hailstorm. Lacking in vending machines for a larger variety of drinks and snacks for cravings. Only a single machine and it didn’t have a working card reader. Good place, comfortable beds, quiet. Five stars

Ice machine was not on my floor, Vending machine didn’t have a working card reader. A little outdated but it is a budget hotel.

This is a nice clean motel in a quiet area of town and close to medical facilities.

The Guest House Inn is an older motel which may not satisfy every traveler, but it was perfect for us. It is owned by a family that was very friendly and accommodating. The room rate was very good. The room was not fancy but it had everything we needed. It had two queen beds, a TV, Wi-fi, a microwave, and a fridge. The room was very clean and very quiet. It is located on a side street, so there was no noise. It is only 5 minutes from UMC and is close to a variety of dining options. We actually ended up staying another night because we were totally satisfied with our room. They do offer a medical discount if you ask.

We liked everything about the Guest House Inn. If we need to stay in Lubbock again, we will definitely stay here.

That I couldn't smoke in there. That I have to copay 100.00 just incase it does.

Very good

Breakfast was great and simple. The waffles were a great addition to the breakfast line. Everything was clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. And very close to Tech campus. Will be staying again in the future!!

The location kindof looks a little rough on the outside but i believe its due to construction. But they also have 24 hr surveillance.

Good value for a single night but you get what you pay for. Waffle station was my favorite part.

Breakfast was decent. Enjoyed the waffle station, brand name cereals and yogurt.

Beds were clean but not the most comfortable mattress to sleep on. Lots of little stuff to fix to make the room nicer to stay in (push pins holding up the baseboards, dirty residue in the bathroom, some areas needing patching and paint)

Pricey weekend stay

Loved the location and staff was very friendly 👌.

Was a bit overpriced for family weekend at TT. Parking was a bit crowded and didn't like parking in the rear, hard to get in and out..

Exceptional

Clean, comfortable, great staff, Location great to all of Lubbock.

Continental breakfast could be more variety, price I think was Jacked up for our weekend stay due to Texas Tech football game.Twice as high for the normal.

Good place to stay, it’s affordable and has everything you need.

The hotel is really outdated but it’s clean for the most part. They had a small free breakfast, the beds were really comfortable and the a/c worked great.

I think when you see how old everything is you want to say it’s dirty but in fact most of it is clean. Just keep in mind the facilities just need updating to look newer. The staff works hard and I slept good and had everything I needed.
