Pleasant

The good: clean room, ample parking, comfortable bed & close to amenities.

The bad: 1st floor smelled like CBD dispensary, shower 🚿 had a hard time working, no coffee ☕ maker in the room, sparsely furnished room, noisy if you are facing the highway & very slow WiFi (measured 3 Mbps).

Disgusting and scary looking half dressed people running in and out as we were trying to check in in

It was horrible and I have asked for complete refund. The room was disgusting and we left immediately and did not stay . We had to find a different hotel to stay in for the weekend at midnight.

Everything . Hair all over the comforter and phone and bathroom it was horrible and we want our money back because we had to leave immediately and get another hotel a midnight.

Just because you make a reservation, doesn't mean you'll get your room.

The property had a lot of potential. We needed a kitchen because of dietary restrictions, which was provided. We were excited to be able to stay near the event that we were in town for. But then we tried to check in...

The staff was extremely unhelpful. We arrived later than expected at 1:30am because we were traveling with a 7 month old and had to stop periodically to feed him. We understand that it is late, but since we were going to a hotel, we expected to be able to check in to our room that we had a reservation for. When we arrived, the front desk was closed (as the website said it would be) and they gave us a number to dial upon arrival. After not answering the phone of the number they gave us, we finally called the off site customer service. They got ahold of the on-site staff who refused to get out of bed and check us in. We ended up having to go to another hotel who actually wanted to give us a room. We finally got to sleep at 3 am.

Gross won't ever happen again. Picture if of the amount of cigarette butts next to my vehicle.

The worst hotel stay I have ever been involved in. Room was dirty. heater didn't work. Sheets had black hair and skid marks on them. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. No iron or ironing board. Bed was disgusting and appeared like it was once a fold out from a couch. Shower head did not work. Shower floor felt like you were going to fall through the floor. booked a non smoking room but they over book and had to take a smoking room. Would have gone elsewhere but came in from long travel and it was already 12:30 in the morning. To charge $195 for something like this is disgusting. Have never been more displeased with a hotel in my life. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

Nothing about this hotel was liked.

The bed was not comfortable. Pillows not comfortable. The air conditioner sucked. No iron in the room. Hotel was dirty. Will never stay at another hotel.

Too buggy!

Front desk lady was very nice.

This hotel seemed ok at first. After returning from dinner, we opened the door and there were reached crawling everywhere. Ceiling, counters, floor, in cabinets and in drawers. We escaped immediatelyand did not stay, but will be demanding a refund.

Don't think I would stay here again, and I do go to Lubbock a few times a year.

It was convenient to Tech.

It smelt horrendous. No travel toiletires in the room.

Horrible.

The pictures are deceiving. The inside was nasty, rooms were hot, bath tub sounded like we were going to fall down through to the 1st floor and then rooms smelled horribly.
