Didn’t stay due to roaches.

There was roaches crawling all over the bed and sink when first walked in. Let the person in the office know and he said we could get our refund and still waiting for it.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The roaches were it for me. I checked out within 3 hours. That's why they have that no refund policy, they know that motel is disgusting.

The king size bed mattress was very comfortable

The room had roaches, the stove top didn't work, it had a God awful smell that bleach and Fabuloso couldn't help.

Last minute availability and location

Roaches, the paint on ceiling peeling due to condensation. At the same spot of ceiling, pool of water on the floor.

Nothing it was truly disgusting!

The hotel had horrible conditions. As soon as I entered the room I saw multiple cockroaches on the floor not only in the main room but also in the bedroom and the bathroom. It was also very disturbing that there was cigarette holes all over the comforters and the smell of mold throughout the room. This hotel was honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been at. I do not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to take roaches home with you. When I asked the front desk supervisor About the roaches she told me that they had a bug infestation problem and did not know how to handle it. I recommend no one stays here, and I recommend that this hotel gets shut down until further investigation is done. This is not sanitary.

In search of improving the treatment of customers and improving cleaning a lot

I loved the size of the rooms and the location of the hotel

The most disappointing thing was the cleanliness and the treatment of the staff I went to ask them to clean my bathroom and the kitchen and they treated me very badly and they canceled the hotel after they made me pay again and they told me they would clean it and they did not clean it. I had to go to the store for soap, Clorox, towels and a sponge to clean my entire room.

The Good out way the bad I really enjoyed my stay!

I love the stove and refrigerator, the door separate the rooms, bar with stools, computer desk with chair, coffee table, dresser drawers, and the three beds! I loved the view of the lake. In the second room it also had a nice view of hotels and I think small per person rooms

Didn't have Clean fresh sheets and blanket, they advertise smoking and non smoking rooms so I picked the smoking room, When I got there that was not the case. I asked for broom and mop so I can clean my own room. I never received it anything to clean nor even attempt to come clean my room. Then on my check out day he had audacity to come to my room when I packing my things. Tell me I come to clean the room. The room has already been checked out. I said well they going have to wait. I asked him where was you yesterday when I wanted to clean my room.

Value for the money to get what you pay

The location close to the beach.

Walls were paper thin I could hear everything even someone coughing. Place was not clean and not maintained at all. Had it not been late when I arrived I would not have stayed.

Disappointing

It was close to the beach. The size of the room was nice.

We had to ask for a parking pass. They never did give us more than 2 towels even though we had 4 in the room. We had to keep going to the front desk and asking for more towels. The bathroom, cabinets, and drawers needed to be cleaned. I also didn’t like the door.
