Would stay here again!

Customer service was great and offered suggestions on where to have dinner. The rooms were updated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Didn't meet my expectations.

The front desk person was very polite.

Falsely advertised. I did not know the entrance was from the outside. It's very dark and seems unsafe. I thought the room entrance was on the inside. Also. I asked for adjoining rooms. That hotel did not have them available so they put our rooms close. I wish they were up front and honest about the accommodations.

That it was clean the front office. Staff was very welcoming very polite. I came to fill my cup with water and the person behind the counter offered me bottles of water, which I thought was very nice. The breakfast area was good.

Nothing in particular, it was OK. It was in close proximity to food, places and gas stations and whatever you needed.

Will drive further before spending the night at a Baymont by Windham.

This room was filthy, stains all over the carpet, dirt and marks on the walls, furniture was scratched, front door was dirty. One bed sheet had stains. Looked like remnants of gum.

Yuck!

The shower was hot

Upon entering I saw a lamp with no shade with wires hanging out.Nasty chairs that I wouldn't sit on. Headboards on bed looked like something out of the dumpster. Toilet paper holder was all rusty. Hairs on toilet. Sheets were washed and smelled clean but were very stained. It was late and we were tired so we stayed but slept with our clothes on so we didn't have to touch the sheets. Free breakfast was offered but we didn't dare!

Breakfast was good, but we would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good. There was a refrigerator and microwave.

The carpet was filthy. I put a towel on the floor beside the bed to cover something gross in the carpet. The outlets were not secure to the wall, protruded, and didn't all work. They looked like a fire hazard. The sheets were stained and there was even animal hair on the sheet. The room next door must have had low battery in a fire detector, and we had to listen to a smoke detector chirp all night. There was no maintenance person on site to change the battery. The person at the front desk did offer us a different room but we were too exhausted to repack and move our belongings in the rain.

Rip off

We were turned away because they did not have our room. They told us because we booked thru a third party to bad. very disappointed. You have lost our business and friends for ever. Thanks for ripping us off for 71.00

Horrible zoo hotel!!

The kittens behind the dumpster and the vultures on the roof. Made it look like a zoo from your hotel window.

Rust all over the doors. The floors were dirty and a weird gas/oil smell kept coming from the AC all night long. Also is not the safest place to stay for the night with pets or family as it is a sketchy exit off of the highway. Definitely would not recommend this place to even a rat.

Beds uncomfortable, rooms smelt funny, my floor was very wet from the door to the ac unit and forward to the table. Lighting sucked.

As always, you get what you pay for. the included breakfast and the room were ok for the money spent but there is no reason for the room to be so dirty. I thought twice to use a towel because seeing that we wouldn't be sure they actually put a set of clean towels and sheets!

All went well. The breakfast was better than most places, lots of options, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were showing their ages a bit. But the room and bathroom was clean. Wished that the pool was open, there is not a lot to do in the area around the hotel.

Staff were great, breakfast was great, but the room smelled terrible.

The best part were the staff and breakfast.

The rooms were ok but smelled like weed. Terrible wanting to stay at a comfortable place and staying awake all night due to the smell. Just needed 8 hours of sleep and unfortunately it was a bad experience.
