We had a fantastic stay at Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites and will definitely return.

I was so pleasantly surprised by Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites. I was apprehensive staying at a "motel", but this place exceeded our expectations Our room was recently upgraded and the location by the pool was wonderful. I sat outside by the pool and drank my coffee each morning at the covered seating area. The grounds were nicely maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were thrilled with the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. My favorite part of staying here was the location. We spent a great deal of time at the Big Tiki which had great entertainment and service. We walked everywhere, so no need for a vehicle and you could not beat the proximity to the beach which was absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay here and can't wait to return!

Can't Wait To Return!!

Definitely can't beat the location...so close to everything in the village! This property was immaculate! Everything in the room was very clean and the towels and linens were very soft and comfortable!! The amenities provided are amazing....really nice beach chairs, bag cooler, wagons, bikes, beach towels....can't ask for much more! Will definitely be back! Also, everyone was really professional and friendly!

Shower was amazing with really good water pressure, but I did run out of hot water the 1st day. After that, I knew not to run it full blast with hot water the entire shower. That was seriously the only negative!!

Cute little hotel on siesta

Location is amazing and pool is awesome ! They have a cool onsite tiki bar with live music and drinks . Also have chairs and beach carts to use for the beach which is really helpful .

Some of the rooms are a tad outdated . Recommend getting a poolside room those are updated and really nice .

We had a very relaxing time. The resort is close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops.

We Loved the tiki bar and live music. We sat out in the patio chairs and listened to the music. The apartment we stayed in was clean.

The shower curtain in the bathroom was a little short and the water went on the floor each time. We had to use our hand towels to dry the floor. The windows had blinds but it did not keep the light out. Some type of curtain, at least in the master bedroom would have been nice to have.

Relaxing st Siesta Key!

Great location, amenities for the beach were an added bonus, the pool was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was always friendly.

Great location!! The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk ! Having water and ice so readily available as well as beach cooler and chairs was great . Very comfortable bed. The room was small but clean , with mini fridge and microwave.

The walls were a bit thin (could easily hear our neighbors talking), however that’s not a bother to me . And the king room was on the smaller side with a small bathroom, but still sufficient.

Great location, parking can be a challenge, clean and close to the beach.

The location was close to everything on the main strip. Also a short walk to the beautiful siesta key beach.

Didn't realize that a bar with live entertainment was right outside my door (literally). It was a bit noisy at times, but the hotel had quiet time hours, so no problem sleeping at night.

Room is buggy, smelly like mildew and mold. Couch was stained badly. Too small for our family. Room 139 needs some repairs & re-furnished. ceilings were very low in this room. Reminded me of a remodeled boiler room.

The location. It is close to the beach. Despite being small, it had space for everything, but I only stayed 3 nights. I believe there would be a lack of space to store clothes if I stayed longer.

Toilet paper was really bad. We had to go to Publix to buy another one. The bedroom and bathroom could be better maintained. I felt the need for a space in the bathroom to hang bathing suits.

Location, location, location

The location of the property was amazing - walking distance to beach access and numerous restaurants/bars/shops. The pool and jacuzzi were well-maintained and conveniently located to our room. They offered numerous amenities to enjoy the beach and surrounding area (cooler, ice, beach chairs, towels, beach wagons to carry everything, bikes, and golf carts for rent). Parking was very easy and staff was friendly. The tiki bar area was fabulous and the drinks were fantastic.

Our room was very close to the pool gate, which had a tendency to slam rather loudly. We only stayed one night so it wasn't an issue but I could see it being annoying if we were on an extended stay. Our room was large and well appointed but could have benefitted from some deferred maintenance/minor updates (tile grout in the shower, some areas along the wall). I know at this price point we're paying for location, but these also aren't big fixes. We didn't have any actual hand soap in the room, so we used one of the tubes of body wash. They're rather strict about early check-in and late check-out, but they're also clear abut that in communication.

Cute and Convenient

cute place that is unbelievably convenient & close to both the beach (absolutely beautiful with good swimming spot right near the closest beach access to the hotel, and lots of shells to collect) and restaurants and shops. Big enough that there is life to it… people are eager to get to the cute pool area everyday, but not so big you spend half your vacation in a hallway or elevator. Great that it has a little cooler and beach chairs in the room, I used them to take to my daughter’s soccer games, very helpful. Nice tiny kitchen , extremely cold A/C, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Only complaint is the parking on weekends seems to fill up with cars that don’t have a hotel pass on them, leaving you to take one way off around a corner, but at least there was one. Honestly, with the free trolley and the little siesta key market all within steps I wouldn’t have wanted a car if not for my daughter’s soccer games. Will be back.

Walking distance to most everything. Pool and hot tub on property. Enough room for family of 5.

Pool / spa closed at 9:00pm. Lots of people who weren’t paying guests using spa and pool each day. One night staff kicked out a group of 8 teens and 6 adults from the spa and grassy area inside pool area.

This resort has the most friendly and accommodating staff of anywhere I have stayed.

I breakfast included. Location was great. Close to all restaurants and nightlife.

I don’t feel that an additional cost should be incurred to park if you have a reservation. This isn’t a low cost resort and parking should be free. Possibly charge for bike rentals instead?
