Ice place , great staff , ac unit was noisy.

Loved the first floor rooms , very roomy , staff was very nice

A/c unit was very noisy, when it would kick on , you would have to turn the tv up till the ac went off

Great beds! Clean room & clean property!

The employees were helpful, polite & friendly!

The shades in the room….I’d never operated any like them. But once you figure them out they were neat & easy!

Very disappointing.

Arby’s and Wendy’s within walking distance.

Renovation going on that I was not aware of. No front desk, just a person sitting at a table near the entrance. May have just been bought by Comfort Inn.

The staff was personable, understanding, and very kind.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor, which the staff later told us use to be the "smoking floor." Mind you were told that we would be charged $250 if we smoked or had any damage to the room. When we got out of the elevator, it smelled heavily of smoke, the hallway was poorly lit, and the carpet felt "squishy." The room we were given had stains on the comforter, hair in the bathroom, and the AC didn't work well on top of the fact that it looked very outdated and broken. After speaking to staff about it, the second room we had the option of taking was on the 3rd floor. Same thing, squishy carpet and poorly lit hallway. There were a few pubic looking hairs on the bed. The dresser drawers were all pulled open, as well as there being hair on the bathroom floor. When I initially spoke to the staff about our first room, there was a man walking around that clearly gave the staff member the creeps. She not only verbally said it to me but also the manager that was there. It felt like it was swept under the rug and to be brushed off. I'm sorry, but with the world now a days, I am there with my kids and don't like feeling like having to watch out for a "creep." The front desk area is being renovated. So the "desk" was relocated to the dining area on one of the tables.

Not the best option.

There were very few guests staying at this hotel so it was quiet.

The shower wall was loaded with stubble, but I didn't shave. Wondered what else wasn't properly cleaned.

The bathroom ceiling had mole on it. The carpet needs updated

Location

Smelled like smoke, A/C didn’t work properly. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Shower curtain had a big booger on it. 🤮

and old motel trying to look new

lobby/breakfast area was large

no elevator and the stairs were narrow and steep. the walls were paper thin. I had to listen to people go to the bathroom, have sex, and watch tv from either side of our room.

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Bed was clean

The hotel needs updating, the pool/hot tub are drained for maintenance. Sticky carpets in room. Check out at 10 is early, especially on the night of a time change (spring forward)

It was awful, I need a refund

There was no breakfast served, the pool and hot tub was broke after we were told it worked. The washer and dryers were broken and they were very rude. The day we checked out, they made us stay out side in the cold to wait on our uber

Clean room

When I booked the pool and hot tub were in service which is why I paid extra to stay there. It was a nice breakfast but no decaf coffee and there are very few options for diabetics. Lady in breakfast room was very nice.

the check out for a weekend 10:00 to early and pool and hot tub area not available but not told about that. same price and it’s a indoor pool

uncomfortable, dirty, and disappointing

Pool. good location for what we needed. The front desk staff were very friendly.

our room was dirty we found a piece of dried up bread and a beer top by our bed. the heater was extremely Loud when it kicked on. There was screaming in the hall all hours of the night. lastly, the beds are super uncomfortable.
