We liked the place and the staff was just great.

Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable.

It's always the cleanliness, and even though a room might look clean on the surface, it isn't always. Mostly it was fine.

Inconvenience stay! Room wasn't ready til after game 10:30 at night. Inconvenience and bed in one room sounded broke

We would always stay here when in town for grandson's game(Marshall). Nice ,quiet and clean. Close location

The staff wasn't professional. We arrived 2 hours earlier from 5 hour drive no early check in, told to come back at 3 and they would be ready got back and they had given one of our rooms away and we had to wait til after game for it! Then Mattie who was responsible laughed about it the next morning when asked about it! Room was on different floor! Very inconvenient stay! Our last stay here!

The a/c unit/thermostat could not be set lower than 74 degrees, so the room temperature was not the most comfortable.

Weekend family visit

The room size was good. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

The price was a little much, but for the weekend, it wasn't horrible. The breakfast was not tasty.

I love Hampton inns but this one sucked.

The hotel is only 10-ish minutes from the mountain health arena, the room was clean and the breakfast staff was nice (not the front end staff).

My partner and I traveled for a concert, it was a five hour trip. I had booked the reservation online, when I got there they said that I wouldn’t be able to have the room, as I supposedly had to be 21 (I was 20). I booked months in advance so it caught me off guard. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone under 21! If my boyfriend hadn’t been 21 we wouldn’t have been able to stay.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. No issues. Would stay again.

Not a big deal at all, but it took me far longer than I would have liked to figure out where the guide channel was on the tv. It was 1. Most systems I've seen don't have anything on 1 for some reason. Maybe a little sign? ...and someone dropped some chips in the elevator that stayed there for 18+ hours. BUT these were MINOR. The room was clean and comfy. Staff nice.

75$ a night fir a pet is absolutely ridiculous the norm is between 15 and 25 ! if there are damages you ca n add that to credit card in file will not stay again at that price. had I not prepaid I would have left!

Great location but terrible customer service.

Great location for Huntington.

Customer Service is terrible. Due to a power outage we had to leave 2 days early due to no electric, hot water, or air/heat. when asking about a refund the only response I received is “I’m the only one here” and “he’s a card, call the manager”. I was also charged a early cancellation fee. I am still waiting on a return call/email from the manger regarding the refund.

Wonderful check in and great night sleep, great breakfast. Pool experience very sad,But overall it

The staff( young lady) who checked us in. Very friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was good, beds were very comfortable.

The pool was freezing. My grandkids were with me so know one could enjoy it as much as we wanted too. We usually swim in the morning before we leave. But couldn't because it was cold. This is why I always get a hotel with a pool for the grand kids. That was very disappointing! 🥲
