I call it a minimum stay

The room was nice and clean when we arrived. We need different wash clothes for the second day of the stay and we called the front desk and told them we need wash clothes, but they never gave us any. The walkways were very dirty with trash and oily looking areas. It's an excellent location, easy on and off I17. Breakfast is ok, no sausage or meat.

It was a great price and the staff was amazing

I am having to fight for my deposit back on this stay. My room was only $64 however the $75 deposit was combined with that and I was charged for both and never received my $75 deposit back which I had to file a dispute with my bank just to get that back thank goodness I had drove through booking.com how much the room was and also saved the receipt from this place to show that how much my room was minus the $75 deposit equaled the room cost alone.

Would stay elsewhere

Nothing. The building was dirty all the way around and there were plenty of drugies and homeless around. Also had someone knock on my door every night. Also the staff didn’t say anything to me when checking in or out and gave me room upstairs though I am disabled veteran and booked my room a month in advance.

i will not stay again at this place!

breakfast attendants and service shoul be more attentive to their customers instead of being busy on their personal cell phones! the drink machine was out of service for two days so there was no drinks/juice for the children. the outside of the front stairs, was very dirty and filthy. There was a homeless person sleepind behind the stairs! Very unsafe for my or any children!

early in the morning, inwent to ask for towels and toilet paper, the front office lady mids 20s early 30s was dead sleeping in the office wirh literally her feet on top of the office table and the office door full open. i was going to take a picture or video and send it to your corporate office but i changed my mind and hit tthe counter with my hand to wake her up and get her attention!

It was HORRIBLE we did not stay.

The rooms smelled bad, they were dirty and run down! We asked for a different room and then a refund when the 2nd room was just as bad. I will never book at a La Quinta again. Just awful.

Since I was there for baseball Spring Training I stayed away from the hotel except for sleeping.

We didn’t get to stay at all. I reserved the room an turned out they were completely booked. So idk why they even let us reserve a room to begin with. my family an I were stuck with no place to stay. bad bad bad.

Reservation services. Fix your reservation online. stay on too off your bookings. they say available but when you get there there’s nothing. an the staff were NO HELP AT ALL to fix anything.

Don’t expect a five star experience for a three star price.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Quick to respond. They helped make up for other problems. It was convenient to have fridge and microwave.

Our “no smoking” room (room 169) REEKED of years of cigarette use. On top of that, the scent the hotel uses in the room to try to mask the cigarette smell is hideous. Every time we returned to our room, we were hit by a wall of stink. Thick, red, dried substance smeared on the sofa. The staff is polite and helpful, But the facility is understaffed. It’s a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

it was clean and close to where I needed to be

both the night and morning front desk clerks were very dismissive. I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. when I entered the room it smelled of cigarettes and I do not smoke. possibly, the neighbors smoked in their room and seeped into the room I rented bc it had a joining doors. the smell gave me a headache. the neighbors were loud. people were in and out of their room and had two dogs barking all night. other than that, it was okay.
