Overall great stay minus the disrespectful guest.

Enjoy that the property is clean and the staff was courteous, comfortable experience.

Had guest coming in early morning yelling and laughing, making loud noise which woke me up.

This is serious!!!! LaQuinta SanJose worst hotel ever! I had an accident two days prior my husband works for Tesla and I had an interview with Tesla’s PR department. The woman manager committed fraud & stole ‘mone. Manager & staff charged 6 times we had reservations with priceline. Our reservation was overlooked stating there’s no reservation. Worst stay ever! I had an accident two days prior my husband works for Tesla and I had an interview with Tesla’s PR dept. Please fire responsible party as they are racist! They charge our card five times and we scheduled on priceline.com when we checked in they didn’t even have a reservation and said they overbooked us overcharged us and also charged us late because I had hard time getting out in time and due to not having a room ready or extended so I could just sleep and catch up on everything after that accident before my interview as well, which should not happen. Instead, I was overdrawn $800 and the rest is history. I was also dealt as a Caucasian woman very racist by a Indian woman amongst the staff I felt like a white woman never in my history have I felt so judged and amongst racist, who were taking all my money for the keeping because they own the property. My Bank is pissed and, you’re lucky I’m not suing you! Someone needs to make this right I stayed with Windham before and especially because Tesla is involved. Shame on you and your whole thing that you stand for. I never caught that part because I was too busy trying to get all my things because someone couldn’t get the reservation right in the first place and so I’m very disappointed and I expect to be compensated for what’s happened. Elon Musk Tesla is aware and I hope you have little to no business after the crap the manager pulled.

Not a lot. Except for the location, the hotel was severely lacking. The hallway to the room was dirty, stained and filthy. The property had only 1 working elevator at the front of the hotel and the handicap room was all the way down almost to the end of the corridor. The room was a bit musty smelling, the a/c rattled, the thermostat reset itself every few minutes, there was no hot water to take a bath, the vent in the bathroom was filthy.⁶

Will never go back. The front desk staff could care less when told about the issues.

We had to leave early . My wife had to take me to emergency. We only had the room About 4 hrs. Didn’t even shower

It was clean except the first room they assigned us wasn’t made up. The second room the keys didn’t work TWICE. Then I asked where the nearest place to eat was and the pointed across the street and said it’s over there about a block. It may have been, but we drove all over and couldn’t find it.

Nice secure area.

The hotel was disappointing.

They served the cream cheese out of a plastic cereal bin and the guests had to scoop it out with a spoon...unsanitary. Individual serving packets would be better.

The toilet still had pee stains on the underside of the bowl. Corners were dusty. Carpet was stained and/or torn in various places in the room and hallways. Wallpaper was beginning to peel. The hallway and non-smoking room smelled like cigarette residue. The bed wasn't even facing the T.V. Overall it was not like other La Quintas I had visited...it felt like a motel.

I liked how there were 2 separate rooms

The room was dirty, carpet stained, walls, lamps, sheets stained, under the bed was disgusting, breakfast and coffee was terrible, $5 for small water bottle. Was ok for $100 but don’t recommend

everything- right from cleanliness,bathrooms, no towels changed , lift was horrible, very bad smell , sink and bathtub water stuck , breakfast is not good at all.

The e property is nice, but need a emergency kit. I accidentally paper cut my fingers and ask the front staff. if they have a band aid. but sad to say they don’t have it.

we’ve stayed at this motel a few times already and we always have nice things to say. the people at the front desk are a

I like that the property is in a business area so it’s in a quiet surrounding area, makes us feel at ease as far as car break ins. the breakfast is always a plus!!

the only thing that we were upset about and didn’t like about our stay this time was that there was a dirty spot in one of our beds. we had slept our family of 5 on 1 bed and didn’t tell the front desk until the morning when checking out.

Our stay was an okay. I expected our room to look like the pictures. The only thing upgraded about our room was the TV.

I liked the waffle makers! There were two, one mini waffles and one that made the big waffle.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we checked in. There were dirty socks in the closet. And it smelled like cigarettes in the hallway

Will never stay here again.

Selected the hotel from past stays being ok, plus allowed for dogs. However, this stay was horrible. There were people milling outside and staying inside the hotel that were “sketchy”, fighting couple in room across from our room, feral cats wandering the property, the hallway smelled like “skunk”, pet waste not picked up outside of property, and worst of all our room was infested with cockroaches. I will say the hotel staff was ok, giving us a full refund when we told them about cockroaches and checked out immediately.

See comments above. Sketchy people inside and outside hotel, pot infused hallway, feral cats and room infested with cockroaches.
