rude owners, I complained about a housekeeper walking into my room at 8am unannounced while I was undressed and sleeping in bed. she told me I was lying! they wouldn’t switch when I got in, after I told them the room had a horrible smell and was dusted, rusted, molded ALL THE ABOVE. I told her between the housekeeper, room condition, and bug bites all over my back, she wasn’t going to disrespect or call me a liar, so she called the police, kept my money and had me leave. I’ve been traveling for 12 years and NEVER had such experience at any type of establishment!

the room smelled bad & the carpet was wet from the air conditioner. toilet would not flush. front desk did nothing a

the location was good

room smelled musty & moldy. there was water leaking into the room from the air conditioner causing the entire area of carpet near the window to be wet. called front desk about it. they said they were sending maintenance. we were there for 2/3 days & no one ever came to check it. the toilet would only flush once every couple of hours…there were 4 of us starting in this room mind you. i definitely should’ve spent a little more & gone to one of the hotels next door. i will never stay at another best western. i wasted almost $400 on this stay

Look good on outside 1st Floor where the 1st Appearance is important.The Room 221 was not good AT ALL!

The location, easy check in, staff, lobby clean!

The couch in the room 221 should be put outside for trash pick up! Stains everywhere Everywhere 🥺🥺 piece’s of lint on floor, looked as if small pieces of plaster on the floor( like they were remolding)

Great location, staff, and breakfast - comfortable friendly stay

The location was great. We were very close to the Jack Allen Soccer Complex. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast each day had a variety of offerings including eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and all the cold options, too. You could make mini waffles, too. They also had fresh fruit, individually wrapped bagels, and cereal. The breakfast area was clean and we enjoyed our breakfast both mornings.

We liked everything.

We just stayed as a just drop in for overnight. Location, breakfast and everything was great.

Location

The room seemed to not have been cleaned. The bathroom had hair everywhere and toothpaste dried on the faucet. The sheets had spots on them and our phone in the room didn't work, it was very disappointing 😒

Loud guest and the police was called. Our room for was standing open when we arrived and the clerk had to be called to check the room. She found that we didn't have pillow slips and had to put them on herself.
