The staff, room, and amenities will exceed your expectations.

I was greatest by the most amazing staff as soon as I arrived on the property. Professional, courteous, and the teamwork among these individuals was beyond reproach.

I loved everything.

Good place to stay for a weekend

Great breakfast choices. Excellent parking available.

Pool wasn't very accessible while there, very busy full of kids.

Overall, we had a great trip and will probably come back.

The breakfast was great. The staff let us use a gathering room for our sibling reunion, where we sat around and talked for hours. They also let us borrow a box fan because our a/c was out the first night.

We had to switch rooms because the first room's a/c wasn't working, and it took all day to make the switch, for some reason.

Disappointing stay

The hotel is close to the airport and better priced than others.

The facilities were inhospitable, paint cracks, scratches on doors, battery door off of tv remote, hot breakfast room, small beds, lack of natural lighting and weird smells! Pool was also closed without notice on the website.

Great hotel stay! No complaints!!!!

Breakfast was great! Staff worked hard to satisfy demand for bacon as it was very good. 6 year old would have liked donut, would only eat little of his favorite cinn. Cereal. Selection I found exceptional, much more & better than expected.

Was milk carton on floor in corner of room, saw when entered and opened curtain which had to make me wonder about cleanliness but satisfied and all else good. Plenty of towels, wished shower liner as I had to mop floor. Extras like hair dryer, iron, fridge etc etc impressed me who hasn’t stayed in hotel for 30 years. Great experience. A little further from Newport & Cinti but worth drive for price & wonderful hotel- would choose Country Inn if return to area!

Super friendly staff and clean

The woman working in the reception called Ciara, was super friendly and very helpful. The other staff was also polite and kind. The breakfast was not the best but it was ok. No restaurant in the hotel unfortunately. Rooms were clean and spacious. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids. The staff was very kind and offered a shuttle from and to the airport which was very helpful! There is not much around the hotel but that is to be accepted when its very close to the airport. We would think the airplane noises would bother us but it didn't.

Breakfast could have been better. The only meat served for breakfast was pork.

It was great for me and my husband & 3 boys

Location was great. The breakfast was exceptional,could’ve had more items. I like the double doors between joined rooms. They had Otis Spunkmier cookies but they were never any up there when we tried to get them. Other than that I would recommend for cleanliness,location,& amenities in the room. We had a fridge and microwave and they weren’t even suites!

Fitness room needs attention so does the pool. Housekeeping made beds but didn’t bring more towels during our stay.

Great for my daughter and I clean affordable. Great breakfast enjoyed the pool . Daughter loved the fresh cookies .

I definitely would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I found the Hotel to be clean, the breakfast was really good. The kids had fun in the pool.

I thought the bed was a little uncomfortable.

A bit disappointed in a Raddison property, but I was only there to catch a plane the next morning. I will probably stay

It was close to the airport and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very limited selection of food and drinks in the store. Not even bottled water. No restaurants close to the hotel, (I had no car). Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Like laying on a bag of cotton.

I loved it and I’ve already recommended this place

The staff was phenomenal, so kind, so courteous. It’s really easy to get grumpy/cranky when working the graveyard shift but everyone was so nice.

Overall good value for the money

The staff was good, the room was clean, and plenty towels in the bathroom.

Only one chair in my room. Hallway carpet was very dirty/stained.

Location and cleanliness.

The humidity in our room was so high that when we unpacked our bags back in Houston our clothes still felt damp. The A/C was not removing the moisture in the room even at a set point of 68F.

Room was outdated. Air conditioner made a terrible racket most of the night. Half of the charging outlets didn’t work.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great.

Our only complaint was the overwhelming smell of pot/weed on the second floor as we got off the elevator. This only occurred the first night we were there. My husband has a poor sense of smell, but could smell it and commented how hazy the hallway looked.

We didn't stay due to the rooms not being clean, smelled like smoke, with lots of big stains.

Nothing we ask for a refund and didn't stay.

Both the rooms they gave us were not fit to stay in.
