It was good for what we paid. Good location, close to the zoo. Rooms were dated and bathroom needed some repairs.

Large room, comfortable beds.

Needed updating. Bathroom dirty and needed repairs.

Bathroom, facets leaked, shower head didn't work very well, walls of shower and tub falling apart.

The room I paid for had another person in it, so I had to switch rooms and the breakfast was awful

The room is not a good value at any price. Stay away.

The staff were very polite

A toilet that didn't slide off the toilet. The door had an opening at the bottom that allowed large amounts of light through, awful for sleeping. Cigarette burns in sheets. The towel holder in shower kept falling off. The shower temperature was either hot or cold, nothing in between. The room furniture was not comfortable.

Lady at the desk was nice

Hair in bed before. Hair in shower. Sheets had stains in them. Morning staff watched you eat breakfast like we were going to steal the food.

Won’t stay there again for that price

The breakfast was great! Biscuits and gravy and fresh Belgian waffles.

Overpriced hotel. It’s not in a good neighborhood and the rooms aren’t very nice. I’ve stayed at Motel 6 that was nicer and half the price.

quick pit stop, in and out for a clean bed and breakfast.

Breakfast was accommodating and plentiful

no pool. Pool was filled in with concrete.

Why was I charged an extra $150 after paying $351.18

The young lady at the desk was very positive and friendly, asking if there was anything we needed and letting us know the time for breakfast.

The man, at the desk when checking out, was not accommodating or friendly at all! I ask him about a receipt; in a I don't want to be bothered attitude, he said "that's it." (What's it?) So, I ask if I'd get an email. He shook his head. If a verbal question is asked, there should be a verbal response, unless you are mute.

Passable

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Toilet seat didn’t fit,moved around and was dirty where the seat attached to bowl. Room smelled musty.

We will not choose this hotel again while we stay in Cincinnati.

Breakfast was ok. It wasn't the best but everything appeared to be clean and food had a decent variety.

The hotel smelled terrible in the entry and hallways. The room was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The light outside our window was so bright it shined through the curtains all night.
