Didn't stay after we walked into our room and saw the conditions of the room.

Didn't have a chance to try breakfast. Lady at checkin was great, friendly and helpful.

Room was old and dated, cracks in the paint, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, tub had mold or something dark on the base of te tub. Room had candy on yhe floor by the door that ajoins an additional room. Bad, old timey smell in the room and lobby of the hotel.

really, I got brave and took a shower.

everything. The room furniture was in a pile. I showed the front desk rep. He took a picture. As he left, he said, lock your door. The bed had dog hair in it. There were people living in their car in the parking lot. I believe the people that were living in the hotel for a long time stay, camped outside their room. There was no continental breakfast. Just some pre wrapped muffins.

We had to change rooms because of a horrible stain on the bed. It looked like blood. The toilet was not flushing right and there was so much mold in the shower

It's Rough Around The Edges But Fine.

There was a coffee machine that worked and toiletries that came in handy. I felt safe.

The place was not the cleanest. Graffiti was on the wall.

Proximity to highway and restaurants

Overall dingy. Had to request microwave and fridge that was supposed to be in room. When received, the fridge did not work. Only one tiny trash can for the room.

They have all my needs available. The shower was absolutely amazing the bed was very comfortable.. that was very helpful with my needs.

The bed covers had cigarette Burns in it and it was a non-smoking room. Air conditioning could have been better it was not that cold when I had it turned down to low.

A practical place during Masters week. The venue is very basic and dated. The rates were extremely high given its value

Location and parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the Masters. The bedding and bathroom were clean and the aircon was in good working order.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Our needs were very basic ie a clean bed and bathroom. And that we got.

terrible.

absolutely nothing.

everything. first room i was put in the toilet over flooded & the girl on the phone asked ME to turn the water off. they are doing renovations so there is stuff EVERYWHERE & didn’t let people know before booking. i went up to the front THREE times to fix my key because it wasn’t working, no one was there, i had to get housekeepers to open the door for us. i even called the front desk to get someone while standing up there, no one in sight. tvs werent working in both rooms, nothing was done to fix it. some person on the street banged on my mothers door at 3am for a “room check” nothing was done by the front office. price i paid was not worth the service i got, i definitely am getting my money back & wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

Easy access to interstate. Easy to maneuver in and out of facility. Facility is easy to locate from street.

Didn't like the dogs at hotel. Air condition is loud. The bath tub needs replacing. It needs up to date shower accessories. Needs clean up around hotel and clean the old spill marks around room outside door..
