Nothing to write home about.

It was something to eat in the morning. It did have coffee.

As I recall breakfast area was on darker side. TV wasn’t on to watch news. Its the same breakfast that you have at any of your hotels. It felt like trying to save money anywhere possible.

It was not clean and it sounded like there were squirrels in the walls. The employees were not very nice and did not provide assistance and prepared the room with dirty linen.

It’s was not a good stay

Location

First when we arrive to room the pillows smelled DISGUSTING ALL FOUR OF THEM…. Which yes we were able to get a new room. Then the next day was check out at 12pm housekeeping coming in my room at 9:30am without my permission didn’t hear no knock or nothing saying oh sorry as we made eye contact shut door. Came back at 10:30 am knocking asking out we going to check out and I’m like yes it’s at 12? She says yes 12:01 we walking out room she’s standing outside the door just waiting for us to come out and I think that is so rude to be rushed out and I paid $115 for one night in this fixed up trash hotel. I will never return and NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND

They charged $50 extra for shuttle we did not take because there was not available at 5 am after we scheduled at the reception at the check in ,photos of the shutles parked at hotel that night.without notice. no receipt WAS PROVIDED.

toilet was not functioning properly, when front desk notified they said I probably had an older toilet and did nothing Twix

Pass on this one

Only good thing here was the outdoor pool. Management was left to be desired. Not a good experience at all.

Pretty much everything but most of all how things were handled with the management concerning things that were wrong with our room and how they handled it. The web site is deceiving as there is no bar, it is simply a bar area where people bring their own and entertain.

A pleasant one-night stay in a very comfortable room, plus a great breakfast the next morning.

The breakfast was exceptional in variety & taste of foods. Very pleasant room in which to eat.

The bathroom could have been a tad cleaner, but was satisfactory.

I have always had a good stay before but after this encounter I will find another hotel in the area.

Check out was awful. I was told that I get email receipt but didn't. When I called to request one the person I talked with said his name was Patrick was awful, just rude. When I told him didn't have to speak to me like that Patrick reply you got your receipt check your email and hung up.

The Toilet seats were peeling off it's color and Hot water takes a long time to get hot

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I would have liked Daily Housekeeping, but I understood the reason why they are not yet having that service.

Very good

The room was comfortable. There was a sports team there as well but it didn't seem noisy. A nice place to stay while passing through.

The breakfast was standard but nothing fancy and I wasn't too impressed.

Great place to stay

They have an excellent setup when traveling with a dog. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included many options that were nicely presented. Our room was near the pool and appeared to have been recently updated. Some of the other reviews were nitpicking in my opinion. Ok, there were a couple of chips in the tub coating. Big whoop. The shower worked great. I don't think it's reasonable to expect a hotel to keep the room carpet spotless when people clomp around in filthy shoes. I bet they don't do that in their own house. The room, carpet, and bathroom were at least as clean as our house and perfectly acceptable. Cleaning staff have a lot of work to do and must do it quickly. Realize that many people are absolute pigs in a hotel room. There's only a few hours between checkouts and new people checking in. Might they miss something occasionally? Of course. They're human. Might there be a bug in a room occasionally. Yes. Most folks will find a bug in their house a few times a year too. If you're so delicate that a bug sends you to a therapist, your life must be pretty challenging. If there's a problem, contact the front desk.

For the price, you can't beat this hotel.

Cleaning service is critical when you run a hotel.

I really liked the breakfast service.

I didn't like the cleaning service ( it's awful). I spent more than 13 days without the room had been cleaned or I've been relocated.
