I am a Second Class Citizen in the Eyes of Quality inn.

The clerk was incompetent....Check in was not until 3pm. that was known...what I did was ask said person if I could sit in lobby until check in..She took that as an early check in request and proceded to charge the 35 dollar fee...Also there seem to be a REFUNDABLE pet deposit of 100 dollars which she could not get to work and so she said she had to talk to her manager and help other customers then ignored me completly..I had to call the police to file a report..she did not allow me to check in even thought the Corporate had me listed as checked in...The police report is with the Union city police department case number 23007674..This was the abosulate worst thing that has happen to me

I could have been allowed to check in since it was already paid for.. I will never attempt to stay at another Quality inn..I might as well sleep in the parking lot in a tent which was a step down from sleeping in the car.

Close by IHOP restaurant and not a lot of traffic

My room door had space away from the door sill.. I could see the hallway but I survived and made sure I locked the door .

I didn’t stay. I reserved a room somewhere else. I observed everything by sitting in the lobby.

everything. bus was dirty. they were giving dirty towels. they were charging for missing towels but you don’t know what you should be receiving. people valuables were coming up missing out their rooms. staff was rude. hotel lobby was an absolute mess. dirt was everywhere. they should close this hotel down

Horrible... A waste of money. KEEP DRIVING!!!

Breakfast?? The only options were a bowl of cereal, with NO milk... Or a waffle.

Blood on the blanket... Sink in the bathroom was stopped up and holding water; which therefore rendered it useless. Water only stayed "warm" not hot in the shower for about 2 minutes.

The bed was super comfortable & I was super happy to got a shuttle back and forth to the airport!

The stuff at night was super nice to me and told me I can get with the shuttle to the airport at 1pm but then the stuff in the moring told its not possible anymore and she wasn't the friendliest person at all I must say.

Scruffy but served the purpose of sleep.

Staff were lovely. Room was dated but comfortable.

To be fair the hotel was being renovated but had no carpets, was very dusty and dirty. Ice machines were out of order and the elevator inspection was out of date.

Glad I only booked for two nights .. Breakfast bar need to have more then bread products.

Wished I known the property was under construction before booking.. The carpet was torn out of the halls and dust everywhere..

Didn’t have enough parking space ..

The room wasn't clean good at all there was hair in the shower. There was mode inside the microwave. And there was no batteries in the remote. I reported the mode to the night clerk and his response to me was that I should've reported it to the day shift. Because he was the only one on duty. And he couldn't leave the front to get me another microwave. And he said but you are welcome to come downstairs and use the one in the eating room. Yessss I was very unhappy with that .Because I paid $116.00 and so I should've had a clean one to start with. Cleaning the microwave should come with Cleaning the room. And yes I took pictures also. And I had to go downstairs too get batteries for the remote. So the clerk did give me another one. But the guest shouldn't have to go get anything when they have paid for good service. 😕

Booking.com did not inform the hotel of our reservation. We took 90 minutes to check in. Hotel never got the confirmation of our booking, so we paid a second time for a room for the night!

wouldn’t recommend

the rooms were nice . the set up was nice . they offered a full breakfast & great pools hours .

they scammed us out of our deposit . they charged us for a towel & a stain in the sheets , which is ridiculous ! the front desk workers were rude & they rather call the police then call a manager .

hotel quality was very poor. they never even gave anyone a heads up that this hotel was like this.

the property is under construction so the first room they gave us was awful. it was dirty and the elevator was broken.

the rooms were dirty, there was no outside pool like advertised, the elevator was broken. just overall a mess
