Besser als erwartet

Wir wurden schon erwartet und wir haben auch ein Upgrade bekommen, Zimmer mit Jacuzzi, was in einem Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat ( Wir sind mit 2 Familien unterwegs und hatten baugleiche Zimmer).Kamin mit kleiner Gasflamme ließ sich nicht ausmachen. Mußten wir romantisch schlafen, war nicht schlimm. Frühstück war viel besser als erwartet, mit Rührei, Bacon, Waffeln… Ich hatte Bedenken, wegen einiger Mängel im Bad aber es war alles sauber.

Die Suites sind romantisch eingerichtet, leider nicht so logisch. Nach dem Jacuzzi muß man wieder durch das„Kinderzimmer“. Alle Räume haben einen Balkon, der leider etwas schmutzig war. Aber zum kurzen entspannen war es okay.

Exceptional customer service from Edward Herrera. Comfy beds clean room friendly staff and a great breakfast. The warm cookies in the evening were such a bonus after a days travel.

Fantastic, great staff and really great breakfast!

The host was so hospitable, we checked in really late at 12:40 a.m. The host left the card keys in an envelope and was really easy to check in. The host also noticed we were the late party when we arrived for breakfast. The breakfast quality was so homey and comfort food and was cook really well, tasted great and most of all free! If I come back to Hearst Castle I will return here.

Get Sacramento out of San Simon let the place develop.

The people who work here are great. They remember your name and are kind. They thank you for your business.

The area is not fancy. You go there to see Hearst Castle. I wish the area could be developed but the forces that be don’t allow such modernization. How come Monterey, Carmel, Santa Ynez, and Santa Barbara have improved but not this place? A: the State of California’s social agenda.

Lage als Zwischenstopp sehr gut

Sauber und alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Lage direkt am Highwax Nummer 1. Frühstück war für amerkanischer Verhältnisse richjtig gut. Jedoch leider alles mit Einweggeschirr.

Zimmer und die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ‚Jedoch für einen Zwischenstopp vollkommen in Ordnung.

Great place to stay!!

This hotel was phenomenal, room was large, clean, had everything you could want. Nice pool area with Jacuzzi and a firepit. Cookies and coffee/tea/hot chocolate were always available in the lobby. The breakfast was included and had a great variety of hot and cold options, staff kept topping up the servery so the food was hot!! I recommend the Quality Inn in San Simeon!

Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer relativ groß. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pazifik. Sehr sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung für den Preis.

We left the city to go and visit Hearst Castle. This property provided everything and more.

I could have done without a bunch of kids running around the floor above. But it is spring break season so I understand. Otherwise I had no problems.

Buena ubicación si quieres recorrer el Big Sur de la costa californiana.

La cama aunque era un poco blanda era cómoda. Habitación espaciosa.

Overall was a very pleasant stay and will be staying here for future San Simeon trips.

The staff was excellent,especially Edward the front desk staff. Immediately upon our arrival he welcomed us and made us feel comfortable,the food was great, and it was close to the water.

Had to lug our luggage upstairs 😬
