This place was the worst place I stayed at. Disgusting Molded bathrooms

Everything. There amenities weren’t working . Pool & fitness center were not available. The rooms were disgusting full of mold

It was exactly what I needed for the booking.

I like the fact that I could check in late as that is very convenient. The staff was kind and friendly answering all questions that I had to ask. When to attention suggestion, it was also well taken and considered, as well as additional accommodations were offered that Customer Service.

What I like about the place is the smell of the room. The circuit outlets that were available were in very inconvenient locations. I was unable to comfortably utilize the head as I noticed crawling insects, which was just a little disturbing considering I had just checked in however, this was addressed properly and the staff didn’t object nor deny, but did her best to accommodate to make sure my stay comfortable and my liking.

They charged me $50.00 reimbursable upon check out, and they didn't honored. Neither answer phone calls or text messages. I put a dispute charge with my CC. I will not recommend or going to that place.

It was very dirty. There was hair on most surfaces in my room. The key machine wasn’t working when I checked in so they had to walk me to the room and let me in.

A one night place that serves a purpose and unimpressed

Location is great. Easy access to freeways and many restaurants and shopping centers around. Room was clean and spacious.

The stairs heading to second floor by lobby are very dirty. Old and dirty carpet all over the place. Room was clean but all furniture is very old. Mini fridge is so old and the whole appearance of the furniture is depressing. I am in need of a room to sleep but I wouldn’t travel with my family to this place. I am here from out of state and I am definitely not going to use this location as business travel or family vacation place. Staff is friendly and helpful.

everything I stayed in your Moreno Valley location a few times and it was real nice and clean. I tried to check in early only to be told there were no rooms ready then when we got our room the tables were dirty the room and beds are small and the room didn’t smell good

it is a scam the hotel is very different from what is shown in the photos

Terrible service, old furniture, the lights don't work, the bathroom is disgusting, the beds are not comfortable. I will never stay in that hotel again in my life. I do not recommend it, it is a scam in all services

Staff is not helpful or friendly and the facilities are run down and need updating. Plumbing could use some major work!

the front desk was helpful and would not give me another room but made me pay two deposits there was no phone in my room the water came out brown at first when I turned the water on the toilet didn’t flush well and the drains were clogged

When I stay there I bring my own towel.

location and price also when I requested more pillows I received them quickly

the linen was a little scratchy, I had some rotting wood at the bottom of the bathroom doorframe
