Will never stay here

Nothing went well

Went to check in, front desk staff were in corner of parking lot smoking weed. I went to the front door phone and tried to check in, was told I couldn’t due to night audit. Refused to help me, either to check in or to get a refund. Was told I had to call a 3rd party, when I called the 3rd party I was told that the property had to process the refund.

Size of room

Shower/bathtub didn’t work. Wanted credit card number for WiFi when trying to connect. Upstairs when I needed downstairs for ADA reasons.

In N Out was close by.

I didn't like the place. Looks like people live here instead of passing through ( travelers). Staff in the evening was not friendly or informative.

Horrified Absolutely disgusting Worst experience Not at all, what was on website?

Shower was clogged with pubic hair everywhere. Went to brush my teeth, bathroom sink Only drips So tired was going to go to bed dirty. Pull back the bedding to see fresh blood And a huge hole in the mattress.

It took me a long time to register, there was some confusion about who was to charge me card.

breakfast was horrible, dried oatmeal to be put in water and stale muffins. The advertised breakfast and what I got was disapointing

Staff was very friendly, especially Dena. Pretty quiet, pet friendly

The shower had a lot of long black hair in it, and the cable was constantly out or flickering. The floors were absolutely disgusting. If you walked around barefoot, your feet turned black, old trash under the bed

Conveniently located!

When we showed up to check in there were cops responding to a domestic disturbance in one of the rooms. There has been trash in bags all over the hotel. Homeless looking people walking around at night.

Stains on bedding, full bag of popcorn in microwave from someone previous. Which means room hadn’t been fully cleaned. Got a non smoking room and it smelt like marijuanna and cigarettes. Hair in the sink. Multiple People were sitting outside in front of room.

I WANTED TO ENJOY A QUIET PEACEFUL NOT, AND STAY IN A LOCAL AREA

THE CHECK IN STAFF WAS AWESOME, THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS, MY BATHROOM LIGHT DIDN'T WORK. DESPITE THAT ISSUE I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO COMMING BACK.

NO WORKING RESTROOM LIGHT AND ONE, LAMP WASN'T WORKING PUT A DAMPER ON MY WRITING FOR THAT NIGHJT!

It was a good location and the kitchenette was handy

The room looked tired and worn. Paint on the walls was missing when patched or it didn't match. plug in the sink did not work so dirty looking water accumulated in the sink.

Close to freeway, with poor service and extremely limited breakfast options.

Barring the fact that it is located next to freeway, there is nothing much to say about the property. Only if you need a room, and have further plans short ahead, this is the one for you, not otherwise.

Despite many rooms available, was charged extra for early check-in, which was contrary to one earlier response by the staff. Breakfast was good for nothing, and any prior payment made for it, is NOT advisable.

This place has been run hard, door was almost impossible to open, toilet seat broken, sink stopper broken, peeling paint in bathroom, no hairdryer.

My only complaint is our 4 days there, we were never able to get a coffee maker for the room. So please purchase more coffee maker’s so it is standard in every room! Thank you for the kindness of staff and well kept property!

Grounds are exceedingly dirty, trash and cigarettes all over. Elevator floor dirty, looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Room was ok, but no cups or kitchen items of any type. I had to go to desk to ask for drinking glasses. No ice machine on site was told to ask at front desk for ice tray. I was told none was available. Noisy location.
