Get me out of here!

Nothing. I left immediately.

Dirty. And there were torn furniture and peeling ceiling not to mention I saw a bug inside the shower and one in the toilet.

It was okay

Location near a lot of good places.

My shower wouldnt get hot, the doorknob was kinda broken for bathroom. I didn't have a blanket/comforter to sleep with.

1. This was not the same room I prepaid for. 2. When you walk into the building-it instantly smelled of weed. 3.i could smell the lingering of cigarettes deep in the pillows of Pre-paid, NON Smoking room! 4. Weed & Dogs-yes, That's the smell getting off the elevator. 5.Room doors & door frames were very dirty with greyish-black finger prints around it, dusty, and spilled "?stuff" on the walls. 6.Carpets around elevators were dirty needing professionally cleaned. .

Not the worst stay I've ever had in a hotel, but pretty close

The hotel was very dirty and I had my room downgraded due to overbooking, I reserved a two bed room and got a one bed room. While they did call to inform me and get my approval, it was 1 hour before check-in leaving me no real options but to agree.

Disappointing

Close to airport

Overall, not very clean. Could definitely do a better job of this. Room didn’t have toilet paper when we checked in. Halls and room smell like cigarette smoke despite smoking not being allowed.

There was no stay.

staff was friendy

I never got past the lobby. They did not have any hot water. I sat there for over an hour before mgmt decided they did not want to allow anyone to check in under these conditions and I had to find another hotel.

i left before I needed couldn’t stand abd in top of that they charged me one more night even I was not in the premises f

smell bad odor of marijusna I am a senior with disabilities and suffered of asthma diabetes and high blood pressure needed to be in peace and quiet for the holidays !! not acceptable paid too much money and wasn’t worth it

i didn’t like the others travelers it was big rim abd located in a good area but bad odors can’t live with I even called the police and didn’t find the room where the Igor was coming like I said my tax dollars paid in vane police is obsolete in this city

I left feeling refreshed

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. That includes front desk staff and housekeeping. I actually extended my stay by three weeks because I was comfortable there and they offered a good deal. A lot of options for delivery, there's a reasonably priced laundry room and dishes/pots are provided or available. It is extended stay, so scheduled housekeeping is only once a week, but trash pickup is every weekday. All in all, it's a great place to stay if you want to be independent and follow your own schedule. I would definitely stay again!

They were a little short-staffed, but it was handled pretty well. Also, there aren't any convenient bus stops that I was aware of, so I relied on Lyft, but that's only an issue if you don't drive. The bonus is, ride sharing arrives fairly quickly, so it isn't out of the way in that respect. It is a little confusing to find the first time though, because there are a couple of other hotels on the same road, but it's also pretty quiet. Unfortunately, the treadmill in the fitness room didn't seem to work, but I used the recumbent bike instead and still worked up a sweat😁

Not the best place to stay. Skip if you can.

The location was ok, never had a problem with parking. Area was quiet. Room itself was clean. Bed was fine.

I am disabled with a rolling walker. I asked for a first floor room and the placed me on the SECOND floor, way far away from the elevator. During my stay, the elevator broke and they made me take the STAIRS!!! One time my room key stopped working and I had to go back down to get that resolved! "Breakfast" was a tiny piece of fruit, a rock hard granola bar and a small bottle of water. The staff was unpleasant. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. It is ok for a night or two at the most. Carpets in the hallway were stained and smelly. The elevator when it did work was smelly and tiny. Wifi was slow.

Not pleasant. We left a day early.

The one staff member we encountered at check-in was pleasant. No issues there.

The whole place had a feel of just being old, and in need of refurbishing. There were odd smells as soon as you walked into the building. Doors would slam behind you with no buffering that I'm sure everyone on the first floor could hear. There were large obvious stains in the carpet in our room, and the bottom of the bathtub was dingy looking. The bed felt as if it could use a new mattress.

It was horrible the front desk was rude from the beginning insulting my husband the room smelled horrid when I asked to move he said it was the last room. Everything from the hallway to the room smelled like urine. When I complained they added a smoking charge laughed and hung up

We did not check in because the property appeared unsafe and looked like section 8 housing. Do you guys book for just anybody or do you have some minimum standards? This experience bordered on false advertising and I have requested a full refund. I am wiser now.

The staff is amazing

When I made my reservation it was for a room with a separate bedroom and living area. I was given a room with just one queen bed for my mother and myself. I was told they didn’t have any of that room type available that I reserved. This property is absolutely disgusting from the elevator to the hallways. Room was not cleaned well there was garbage on the floor pieces of clear plastic left on the desk found spray cleaner and a plunger in the bathroom with feces awful for the toilet because it looks like it was clogged and never cleaned afterwards.
