It was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were bugs, torn sheet, holes in the wall, old.

It’s smelled bad it was very dirty nothing in my room worked it was roaches all over it was trash left in the hallway.!! Just horrible

The people next stayed up until two am at least When going to front office they didn’t seem to want to help

Did not stay.

Did not stay when I arrived the room smelled and the pool was not usable. The balcony was very small only could fit one person. The elevator did not work properly and the bathroom was not clean.

Same as above.

If it wasn't for the staff I would have stayed in my car.

The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They were the only reason our stay was decent.

The room looked like it hadn't been kept up in years. The paint was peeling on the wall. I tripped on the rug as it was not flat on the floor. Only one elevator worked and that made it difficult as we were on the eighth floor and I use a cane to get around.

No extra towls

I did like the staff except the last night we were there we forgot to ask for extra towels before we left for the amusement park and we had 4 people in the room came back and had 1 towel we went to ask for some and we told they didn't have any so after being out in 90 + heat all day we had to use hand towels for 2 people and lusky 1 had hung up a towel from the day before and one had to use a wet towel from someone else not a good ending to a great weekend

No extra towels were left for us and didn't have any when we ask for some. We also had several rips in the blanket they covered with a sheet over the comforter. It was weird but fine we had a good laugh about it

The staff was awesome hopefully they clean it up the people that they let stay in there makes the hotel look trashy

The elevators stink the carpets stink it’s just crazy.. like I said once they stop letting just anyone in there the hotel will be great
