This stay was good for our needs, but would probably not stay there again

the location was perfect for our early morning appointment in Tamarack, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was as expected for a Comfort Inn

We were given a handicap accessible room (not necessarily needed or requested). The bathroom had a distinct sewer odor when we checked in. It appeared that it had been retrofitted for handicap needs. The toilet did not always flush properly, but it met our needs for our stay.

It was pleasant

Breakfast is basic, was good enough for me. The staff is friendly helpful and professional. Location is okay. The outside looks clean and maintained.

The musky smell every time when first entering the room. Must be humidity but it’s unpleasant. Location is in a busy high traffic area.

Disappointing

The area was very nice the room was ok. I liked the fact that it served breakfast..

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all .. the door to the room was hard to open the carpet had a smell to it..

Poor

The location was great. Anything that we needed could have been found in the area. We liked the privacy and cleanliness of the room. It was peaceful. Parking is available for guests.

Reception not readily available. Pool , hot tub and elevator not clean. Insufficient lighting on the grounds. The room was not as spacious as was advertised.

I informed the hotel while booking that I'd arrive early morning and then emailed them again days before my arrival so I arrived around 0130 and the attendant didn't seem to want to be bothered stating check 😉 is at 3.

Where do I begin..night time front desk person very rude and nasty..not all but the one…bottom floor smell like marijuana … guy’s smoking it an selling it out back door..to much money for 2 night stay and deal with that

Superb

Breakfast was good, and location was good. Staff were great. Front desk made an exception for us to allow us to pay cash as we had the exact amount.

They wanted us to pay by credit card. We are Canadians that do not have an USA credit card, and don't want to pay the exchange on credit card as I get a better exchange rate thru my work. Had cash.

Pool was closed but nobody working on any part at anytime during my stay Furniture in room old and worn, dirty. Fan in bathroom exceptionally loud AC loud No water dispenser in lobby except at breakfast
