Staff was super nice and helpful, price is fantastic and pool was wonderful and clean.

Breakfast was great, really great and the location was only 10 minutes from the convention center, not bad at all.

loved rhe price, pool and breakfast, could use some updates to the rooms.

We won’t be back and most likely won’t stay again with that brand.

We didn’t partake of the breakfast. The musty smell of the lobby/ breakfast area was affecting my wife’s asthma.

The overall condition of the public areas is worn and in need of a remodel. The lobby smells moldy and the elevator smells of machine oil.

I did not feel safe at this hotel. There is so much updates that need to be done. A cheap price for a two nights stay sh

The front desk service was good. The representative was nice but had limited information about cancellation policy.

The property is very old and needs remodeling/repairs. The first room light fixtures were broken and in the bathtub. The second room door did not close completely at the bottom.

$153 a night for an old motel with uncomfortable beds

The front desk staff were friendly. The location was close to Tiger Stadium and to the interstate. The towels and sheets were clean, and the air conditioner worked well.

The room smelled like smoke and the walls were dirty. The bathtub had no stopper for the tub. The blankets, pillows, and sheets were uncomfortable. The beds were old and the springs stuck into my side while sleeping. Not worth the price!

The supervisor had scream at me about taking food to my room! Which I work in eat!

Never Again

The fact the housekeepers were not keeping house. Rooms half cleaned, toilet & shower gross as ever. Roaches were crawling out the alarm clock had to unplug and sit outside door. pool has not been cleaned all summer seemingly

Fair facilities and terrible hospitality.

Good location closed to a lot of the places we needed to go.

The woman working the front desk was extremely unfriendly and rude. I stood in front of her while she was doing nothing for at least 5 minutes. Then we she finally spoke she said my room wouldn’t be available for another 2 hours even though it was passed 4 already. I am used at least getting greeted when I approach the front desk, but she didn’t either time I went to the front desk.

Nothing, they did not honor my reservation. I booked. I was told they accepted too many reservations. The parking lot did not look as if the property was full.

They need my house keepers

House keeps don’t do they jobs!! It’s never a manger on site to talk to!

Needed my room cleaned picked up all my things so they can clean up why I was at work came back sheets was off the bed window was open and it was noting they can do about it!!!!

Very good

Great location. The hotel was really nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was served when we got down to get coffee even though it says that it started at 630am, which was great for us that worked at the refinery and had to be there early.

The room needs some more lighting, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

It was the nastiest and Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at, The toilet definitely wasn't cleaned and hadn't been cleaned for weeks, Outside area of the rooms, parking lot, etc Was dirty and nasty, the only thing decent was the breakfast
