It was just yucky.

Safe location

Bathroom covered in mold. Pool broken. No breakfast. Walls need to be repainted.

Bad

Check in guy was great.

Every thing else was terrible. I didn’t even stay the night. The hallways stunk, the room was dirty and the other guests were loud and obnoxious. I used to live in Brentwood, tn so i know this area well. This hotel is not representative of the area.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet area, albeit with only sugary breakfest options

Nice hotel in a quiet area - excellent if you come to the area by car. The bed was very comfortable, soundproofing very good, and the room was clean and tidy. Overall, a good experience, would stay again.

The take-away breakfast consisted of only sugary foods - muffins, yoghurt, orange. It would be great to include something savory - e.g. eggs, omlette, toasts or similar. Not a surprise, but unless you have a car, there was not much to do in the area within the walking distance.

A good place, especially for longer stays, once they get the elevators fixed

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Quiet location and room.

Elevators weren't working, which caused us to use stairs with luggage and pet, which was a problem for my older wife with bad knees (we had requested a ground floor room for this reason.) Breakfast was bare bones, perhaps a leftover effect of Covid precautions? A little hard to find.

Not good at all.

The only things that I liked were that the location was convenient and that the rooms were decent sized.

The hotel was overall just dirty. There were marks all over the walls in the hallway. The nightstand was dirty and so was the bathroom. There was no elevator die to maintenance and the air-conditioners in the hallways were missing leaving open gaps to the outside. The breakfast was not good. There were not many selections to eat. There were only a few mini muffins and yogurt to choose from. When my son said that there wasn't anything he liked to eat, the desk clerk told him that there is a McDonald's down the street.

Only good thing was the location and safe area.

Never going back, staff seems nice and friendly but the hotel is very old, smells odd & not maintained. I had my kids with me and was so grossed out to touch anything, we checked out as soon as we saw sunrise just to get out of there. Breakfast included is also misleading there is no breakfast except tiny old muffins and oranges. Horrible experience, would not stay even if it was for free- literally!

Pretty lack luster.

The only thing good about this hotel was the location. The facilities were extremely dated, and gross. No working elevator. The breakfast was a joke. The staff was very friendly.

Stated above. This should have been a 99 dollar a night location.

The people are great with customer service, and great location… presentation needs work!

the elevator was not working, they’ve up dated some of the things like granite counters but put on OLD bases in kitchens and bathrooms… bases were not done well and make all rooms look OLD. Smells???
