Very bad experience. My kids were literally waiting to checkout.

Property located at good location with hill view

Multiple things. Hayatt Place lost its reputation in my case. 1. Staff were not very welcoming. The same front desk person handles both check-ins and serving liquor other side. 2. Elevators are the worst ones I have ever seen. It is almost like the ones you see in public garage parkings 3. I got just beds with no blankets. When asked, they just mentioned that, that is what they have and they don’t have any more. 4. Breakfast is another disappointment. You get bagels with no cream cheese. They say that, they ran out. But not available on day-2 as well. 5. I cannot imagine the way bathroom door was designed. You literally have to walk into shower to close the door. That small is the area. Never stay here.

Great place to stay for business, but at this price don’t expect too much.

The rooms were really nice, recently updated and with new carpets and sofas. Breakfast was good.. the chef was working hard to keep everything refreshed.

Shower needs a refresh and so do the common parts of the building as they feel dated and scruffy. You also need someone cleaning the tables and floors at breakfast. Also choice at breakfast is limited. Supply of drinking water. - 5$ for a 1L bottle of water in the room? Ridiculous.

Overall perfect location for our purpose.

Breakfast was decent. Definitely had enough options to satisfy.

Rooms had strange set up. Probably could use upgrade. Although bed was very comfortable.

We love staying there. Paid for the room before we arrived. We got there an extra 30.00 dollars for what ? Would have been nice to have been informed before hand. I hate those little surprises.

The hotel worked for us, but disappointed about the pool and noise.

The desk clerks were very friendly .

Pool wasn’t open… we planned on spending time there. Couch was stained, air conditioner sounded like a semi truck .

They charge a surcharge that they say they will take off and credit after your stay IF you do NOT purchase incidentals. The computer system was not working at check in. Waited several hours and it still wasn't working. The system was not working when we went to check out.

Nothing, from check-in to daily disappointments

At check-in the desk clerk declined my credit card. After 20 minutes on the phone with my credit card company I find out my card is fine. The hotel clerk had put the card into the machine wrong. Well, by now I am embarrassed in front of my friend. Several days in a row I had to insist my room be attended to. I don't think it is too much to ask for the trash to be removed . I don't think it is too much too ask for clean towels to already be in my room after I have been gone all day. The desk clerk was rarely at the desk. I was told they were short staffed. The desk clerk was also the bartender, fry cook for the cafe, the supervisor for the housekeeping problems, the monitor for the buffet and whatever else being thrown at them. The decor was in severe need of attention. Wallpaper was falling off the walls in the lobby, cafe area and hallways to my room. In the parking lot there was a large pothole that I hit in the dark. Instantly thinking I had ruined a car tire. The buffet was adequate but no person there to monitor for needs of the patrons. I had to rummage through all the cabinets to find condiments that I needed. No one there to occasionally wipe down the tables between patrons. Nasty ! Spider webs in the room. I wiped down my room with disinfectant after I checked in. Never offered any compensations for all the problems we had. Won't be back
