Friendly staff makes this hotel acceptable.

The clerk who checked me in was friendly, knowledgeable and hepful.

The place is apparently undergoing or about to undergo construction so there are some things one normally expects to find, that were not available. (i.e., hair dryer. When does one ever stay in a hotel with no hair dryer available? I was told that one would be found but we stayed 5 nights and one was never found.) In view of the situation, the price shoud have been adjusted down.

My kids and I loved staying at Comfort Suites they never wanted to leave they were very comfortable.

The room was very clean and we loved the breakfast they have lots to choose from.

We don’t have any complaints maybe if your looking to get in the hot tub it didn’t work but its too hot in the summer to get in a hot tub anyway

Beds were super comfy, cold ac, and most of the staff was super friendly.

I wasn't given a blanket for the pullout couch and when I went and asked for one I was told no a couple times. She wasn't letting me explain the stuff she gave me was only sheets and no blanket. She finally got me one and told me it wasn't ready earlier because of it being washed and them being sold out. I just feel the communication could have been more professional. There were also alot dead bugs in our bathroom which was unsettling but not a huge deal.

Location was perfect.

Pool was out of order. I asked for the promotion gift card (no coupon required) but desk receptionist said I needed to do it on-line , but I didn’t have a clue as to how. Disappointed.

Nice. We ended up in a room that did not match the photo of the one we reserved.

Breakfast was good.

Everything was well stocked. Workers were considerate and helpful. The eating area was clean.

great employees and customer service along with a great breakfast

the only thing that was bad was the sofa bed. was molded and sheets were never changed.

Very pleased

This is my 3rd stay I love how quiet it is! The quick access to the loop. The breakfast is always delish! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had!! The staff is also very friendly! I also love that there is a ceiling fan in the room! I love to be cold when I sleep and that room was the artic!!

Good quiet location.

The location is good. It's near restaurants and other shopping.

I don't like that pets are allowed and the people staying next to us had some loud ones.

Convenience & price.

The toilet was very loose and when I mentioned to the front desk she had it fixed immediately. Several light bulbs out on room Staff very friendly, breakfast very tasty. Pressure washer out the front door would be nice as it is very dirty. Hate to complain but a few little details could use some attention. Would stay again.
