Loved the location. Loved the pool. Continental breakfast was nice. Room was great in size and capacity of what we needed.

sadly, our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived there. Toilet was a bit dirty, place had dust. But it wasn’t super bad.

Lobby is cute, the breakfast is ok, just like any other comp. breakfast. Water pressure in room is awesome.

Afternoon front desk lady was very rude, annoyed I interrupted her FaceTime conversation trying to check in. No elevators, I asked if I could switch to a first floor room and she flat out said no. I was a little surprised considering there were maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. Dirty! The same pile of dirt remained outside my door even after I saw housekeeping come down the hallway yesterday! (see pic) It’s very dated as well. Asked for more in room coffee and the front desk could not provide and said I needed to wait for room service.

Everything worked in the room. Staff was helpful.

Could use a deep cleaning. Doors, handles, floors, could all use some attention.

Didn't eat breakfast

It's a pet friendly hotel but was very disappointed because someone complained that my dogs were barking. So the guy told us that we had to take our dogs everywhere we went . Then the next day I called the desk because me and my husband wanted to run to the store and the lady at the desk said that we had to take our pets everywhere we went and if we didn't and if they get another complaint that we would be asked to leave because she said that the complainer paid to stay at the hotel. Well we paid to stay there to . Then I said so then we can't use the pool and she said no that someone has to be in the room with the dogs at all times. Then she said if you want to use the pool put your dogs in the vehicle with it running with the heat on . Which we were not willing to do as vehicles take Gass and Gass is not cheap. When we paid to stay at the hotel as well. So I would recommend not staying there . If people want to stay at a hotel go stay at one that's not pet friendly that way you can have your quiet time. And to mention the people complained way before 10:00 pm I could understand if it was at 10:00 pm but it was at 6:00 pm and my dogs were not hurting anyone and never have done any damage to hotels that we have stayed at before. So this was very upsetting. Also my husband had to stay in the vehicle well I was in my doctor appointment because we had to have our dogs with so I was pretty pissed off because he couldn't even come into my appointment with me because having to have our dogs with . We will definitely not staying there ever again.

Lots of noise from the furnace and the refrigerator so that I couldn't sleep

It was an emergency stay due to weather. So glad the Quality Inn was in Rhinelander and had an opening for us. Breakfast was good.

I don't like having to pay a pet fee. I would prefer a refundable deposit if our pet doesn't cause any damage.

We found a couple bugs in our room and bathroom was not clean. Went to front desk and they apologized and found us different rooms

The exterior was cabin or lodge looking. The breakfast was above average.

The fridge in our room was whining. The fan would not run continuously with the heat. The sink and mirror had not been cleaned.

The breakfast was ok. The facilities were very good and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, I like the staff the best. They were very helpful.

The cost was high for what you got. I found another hotel for half the price on my trip home and they were a grade above. It was sad that they took advantage of people with such a high price.

Very short staffed and our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. And no housekeeping on site as it was after 4:00 so we had to switch rooms and they took that room out of service. We had a mobility impaired room (mainly for the lack of elevator and the low toilets common in hotels) and they were able to get us into another ground floor room but we still had to deal with the low toilets and a tub.
