Comfortable only for a quick stop.

Camera spaziosa e letti comodi ma purtroppo le finestre non si posso aprire quindi non vi è alcun ricircolo di aria. C’è un deumidificatore che però nel nostro caso aveva il cestello colmo e segnalato alla reception hanno provveduto a sistemarlo.

Colazione non molto soddisfacente. Posizione comoda per spostamenti in auto (parcheggio gratuito). Presenza di polvere in camera e nelle aree comuni.

Overnight stay on our way to Chicago

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast - what more could you ask for? we would stay there again.

A little bit difficult to find later at night, but worth it.

it was a just a bad experience

location was good right off the Highway

waited almost 2 hours to get to my room because the guy didn’t know how to use the computer to get my booking info from the app I used

Clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. First time since pandemic, that my room was service without asking for it. Gave use plenty of clean towels and toiletries.

No big deal but there was a lake out back with geese. You had to be careful of the goose poop when you went out the side door.

Had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this hotel. Will stay again next time in Springfield.

Room was very clean and spacious. bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was really nice and the tub was nice and plenty of room. I liked there was a sink outside of the bathroom and one in the bathroom Very clean hotel and delicious breakfast. Nice pool also. Staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was fast and easy. Great location with plenty of restaurants near by.

Nice size, clean room and bathroom. Easy to get to the hotel from the interstate. Shuttle to the state fairgrounds.
