It was a great stay!!!

The breakfast was excellent!! The staff was nice and caring.

The line to check in was 2-3 older. There was only one person working the front desk. She was having to check ppl in and answer the phone at the same time. I suggest having more than one person working the front desk.

Nice hotel, needs upgraded breakfast.

Location and check in process was nice. Room was big and cozy.

Could have been cleaned a little better and the breakfast was extremely nasty.

It was superficially nice, but I would not stay at that location again if given a choice.

I did appreciate I was able to control the air and the bathroom was nice. I liked having the separate areas and the bedroom itself was really a nice size. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The room I was assigned to initially when I checked in had a very rank stanky smell. It made my head hurt. I made the front desk aware of the problem and I was promptly given a different room. The new room overall was ok except the couch was worn and not supportive. I couldn't sit on it without sinking into it and had a difficult time getting up.

Breakfast was great, clean are, easy to get to and eat at and a god variety of food for everyone.

It was good, there are no changes I would suggest.

Customer Service was excellent.

Our experience was outstanding as we became lost in springfield .called the front desk (very late at night) and the night clerk talked us through the mazy of streets to your front door!

Had a great overall stay, staff was helpful and friendly.

Location and price. Breakfast was good too.

Room was not stocked with dish soap and patio didn’t have any sitting furniture.

Wouldn't let us stay

NO option for 0 stars...When I got there to check in, they asked for my ID. When I presented my ID they asked me if my address was correct on the ID. When I informed them it was, they told me they "have bad news" and then told me that they could not rent me the room because "they don't rent to locals". I had reserved this room in my hometown 2 months in advance for my daughter's 13th birthday because it has a pool and a room that would have been perfect for my daughter and her 2 friends. Needless to say, this put a huge damper on the weekend and left us scrambling literally 30 minutes before her friends were to arrive. Why was I allowed to reserve a room with my address if they "don't rent to locals"? I have never heard of this policy with any hotel before and think it's ridiculous! When I asked to speak to a manager, the woman at the front desk called her manager and simply just said they would refund my money. This is absolutely ridiculous and if this is their policy it needs to be clearly stated when making a reservation! Thanks for ruining my daughter's special day Comfort Inn!

The best thing was the breakfast. The food was good, different each day and the man working was very clean, dressed nicely and very nice. There is a tip jar and I encourage everyone to tip.

The hot tub didn't work correctly. It was hot and there were minimum bubbles. It looked dirty (don't think it really was), and it needs more lighting.

We really had a great time, and stay. I would definitely come back!!!

We didn’t eat the breakfast, we had a suite. I loved the suite however we had to go out to purchase cookwear because the ones provided were teflon and scratched badly, it wasn’t safe to use. There was only one fork, and no glasses, and one coffee cup. Other than that we honestly loved the room. The bed was very comfortable.

The absence of cookware and adequate dish wear.

Friendly service, spacious rooms, and good breakfast!!!

I liked everyone was friendly even with a bunch of kids coming in at once!!! The rooms are spacious!!! The breakfast was good!!

I feel like the bathrooms m could have been a little bit cleaner

The young man at the desk was friendly and accommodating, we enjoyed he lounge area and our group was able to hang out and play games!

The stay was fine. Areas that could use some improvement - The pool and spa needs more chemical there was foul smell almost a hint of urine. Our room was fine but there was also a smell the best I can describe it was a faint smell of dirty feet and musty. #306

Very good

I liked the hot breakfast offered in the mornings. It was quiet throughout the hotel.. The pool was warm and clean.

Loved the location and easy to get anywhere in town.

I like the location of my room, and able to go in and out without going through the main lobby.

The bed was a little hard, but ok.

Exceptional

The suite was spacious and very clean! The bed was very comfortable! The patio was an added bonus the kids loved, would have been great with warmer weather! The pool was heated and hot tub was perfect!

I don't have any complaints. Our stay was great!

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable but I think that is true with all pullout sofas!
