Lovely naighborhood , easy walk to the beach and restaurants

1 night in Carmel

The location was amazing. The cabins are very close together and the parking is convenient. The rooms could use a decorative upgrade but definitely comfortable and cute.

Quiet and peaceful

It’s quite considerate that hotel did inform us of the construction noise in the morning, while actually we are not bothered by the noise at all. Didn’t hear a little bit!

Very convenient, good comfort

Convenient walking distance to most parts of the town. Great restaurants nearby.

Bathroom should be updated. Toilet was weak when flushed. More counter space is needed

Pretty good to stay there

- 2 separate rooms are very comfortable especially when you travel with kids. - Kitchenette with all staff for making breakfast. - Soap, shampoo etc. - Many towels. - Close to the Ocean Ave., supermarket, restaurants. - Free street parking from 7pm -7/8am.

- Old buildings (typical for Carmel). - Not so clean as you may expect.

The price was steep for what it was. No breakfast. There is no complimentary water in the rental.

Everything! Beds were soo comfortable. Staff nice. Cleaning staff were wonderful! Everything was spotless. Would definitely come again!! Also, bring heavy jackets. It gets very chilly here. Leave swimwear home!!

No patio or garden area to relax. But still beautiful.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The property is very close to the main street, where you will find a lot of restaurants and stores to visit. The beach is around 10 minutes walk from the property! Nice place to stay!

Cozy nest in central Carmel

Close to everything in Carmel. Pleasant space in courtyard for eating/ drinking. Made good use of the kitchen. Very comfortable bed!

Could have been cleaner. We found food under the bed from a previous guest (which I reported to housekeeping) and dishes in cupboard that hadn't been washed thoroughly.

if you are driving and you are staying at Stevenson 4 unit then you have to park your car on a separate street. couple blocks away.

Location was perfect. We parked by our room and walked almost everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a sliver of a view of the ocean. Just lovely.

We couldn't figure out the whirlpool tub jets, but it was still a nice bath.

Disappointed as this is not what you expect from a supposedly 3* experience. Definitely not good value for money.

Good location

Terrible soundproofing; couldn’t sleep because of the next room’s TV, voices, toilet. Terrible water pressure. Not helpful staff when asked to use their phone to make a call to my car rental company.

We’ve booked Dickson Deluxe Room which was more expensive than other units and the balcony was not accessible and we could hardly open the windows. The picture snowed a balcony and a parking spot. The management told us that balcony was for decoration. This was the biggest nonsense I’ve ever heard. They refuse to give us a discount.

Bathroom was a little tight but plenty of other space for two to get ready.
