The bed is terrible. It had a huge dip in the middle of it, making it very difficult to sleep.

The breakfast was not very good. Lacked options. Hours were not very good either. Had morning events and missed breakfast 2 of 3 mornings.

Coffee was rarely available.

make sure what ever card you use has enough available credit to pay for the stay twice, plus a deposit.

The room was nice other than the filthy toilet that that barely flushed.

My main problem was that the staff did not know how to charge my card for the room properly. The bank clearly showed the payment as pending ( with the deposit fee still attached). the staff was trying to charge my card for the full amount again. my card declined and they called demanding another card. I had to pull off the highway and call my bank only to ascertain that the person at the desk did not know how to charge my card. magically a few days later the charge on my card went through.

Toilet didnt flush, staff quickly made attempt to switch rooms

Breakfast too late, we were there for sporting events and needed to leave early, made check in staff aware but nothing was ready, future advice maybe offer grab n go

Great location. Loved the kitchenette! Nice outdoor gathering space including a grill.

Pool hours could have been extended past 8pm. I expected to be able to plug my chargers directly into a USB port, so I didn't bring a wall plug. No USB ports :(

Travel weekly. Wifi was very slow and poor. Noisy end room each time. Tried to look at a rate for weekly travel and was told that I had to stay 300 nights a year. 2 nights a week wasn't enough for them so I went to Hyatt.

Awesome comfortable relaxing

Havent slept that good in a long time. Beds were very comfy. Pool was super nice. Showtime on TV. Breakfast was good!!!!!
