Someone's car go broken into in the parking garage. Also parking garage is so far from the only way to get to your room

Exciting stay in Wichita

Located at the riverwalk. Nice and clean room. Very friendly staff. Good starting point to discover Wichita

The whole facility was too cold by air conditioning. You are always freezing!

a decent place to stay

food was very good in bar/restaurant

furniture looked somewhat outdated in room. one chair had serous wear marks, and was hard to move

It was a nice hotel.

We were in town for our daughter’s dance competition. Unfortunately a fraternity reunion was taking place at the hotel. The fraternity partied until 3am, drinking, fighting, and cursing! It was awful we didn’t get any sleep.

Our daughter convinced us to come and it really was a nice stay over all

Great night's sleep with a gorgeous view

The in center dining venues were pretty good. The café seems a bit forgotten. Other than the small breakfast crowd, it seems like only staff use it. More emphasis on this awesome space would be good! It was a great little shop and I liked the grab and go offerings!

This may be something I should have known ahead of time, but parking is only available in a paid garage. The key access for this garage was not user friendly and confusing considering you have to check in to receive your key, but there was no free short term parking available when I checked in. Probably not supposed to be confusing but I found it an unwelcome beginning to our stay.

Excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Location great. Breakfast great. Special notice for Emily at the registration desk and Tabitha in the restaurant. They were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Overall but especially restaurant staff was very friendly.

Was charged $50 for checking-in 1hr earlier than usual checkin time. If the room is already available and housekeeping not required, this fee feels unjustified.

The location is great. We liked the view of the river.

The bed was uncomfortable. The tea and coffee bar was not clean and needed to be restocked. No complimentary water in refrigerator. The restaurant did not get our order correct.

We very much enjoyed our stay and we would very likely stay here again in the future when we come back to town.

Great view of the river and downtown area!

We rode into town on a custom built award winning chopper. I asked to park the chopper just outside of the front doors to the side of the entryway so it was constantly under surveillance from the front desk and cameras. I was told that wasn’t an option and that for an up charge we could park the bike on the lower level of the parking garage and it would be on video surveillance the entire state and enclosed in an keypads only entry and exit parking garage. Upon riding the bike into the parking garage I found the lower level to be all handicapped parking and wasn’t comfortable parking the bike there so I went to the second floor of the parking garage and found an available parking spot. After securing the bike and disabling all starting features I was chased down by a security officer informing me I was not allowed to park inside of the parking garage whatsoever. He said that I could park my bike outside of the front door if I would like to. Which need I remind you this is what I originally had asked to do and was denied doing so. I told him what the lady at the front desk had said and after 10 minutes of failed attempts to reach the front desk clerk via walkie talkie so they could figure out there differences I was asked to move the bike to the lower level of the parking garage that I could occupy one of the handicapped parking spots with my bike which is what I continued doing the rest of our stay. Maybe some refreshing of the parking policies for all front desk clerks and or security staff would be a good thing in the future. I’m not upset about the situation it was more just a hassle and a lot of confusion on the staffs behalf that didn’t appear to be much on the same page.

Very good

Location was wonderful along the river, which provided an outlet after a long day at work. I was pleasantly surprised with the gym and variety offered. I loved the Starbucks on location. The room was comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not offered with the stay, which was indicated when I reserved my stay. The paid options were delicious, but I hadn't anticipated that expense. There were two days where my room was not cleaned, which was definitely a disappointment.

Great view, great food, will ask about conventions before I book again.

The staff was terrific. We loved the room. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

One elevator wasn’t working. With 3 conventions, an emergency call to get that fixed was needed. Not enough cart carrels either. As a person with mobility issues, that was challenging.

Rooms were clean as long as you didn’t look real close

I didn’t like the fact that you had to have a smart phone app to find out what was on your room service menu. And there is no information in the rooms about your bar and restaurant and breakfast
