Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The location near the lake and the bike trail was very convenient.

The beds were extremely soft, but uncomfortably so.

Nice place to stay in Madison

The hotel had a fairly nice bar with food available and a nice breakfast available for purchase. The free bus to most of the city was very welcomed.

The bed was too soft and the bathroom a little too small. The A/C was very loud when it kicked on. The pillow covers were too small for the pillows.

Exceptional

Beautiful, modern hotel with an upscale feel. The staff were very friendly and made check in and check out a breeze. Great room with plenty of space, great bathroom, bed was comfortable and love that we had a refrigerator which can be hard to find sometimes.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms, lobby and staff was great.

Didn’t like having to pay for breakfast. Breakfast was not worth it. Next time, we will go out to breakfast.

A Delight

The set up of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I love the warm tones and inviting areas for community and leisure. The location was great and the service was exceptional. Also, the beds were amazingly comfortable. I can’t believe I could book a place like this for an affordable rate.

The other guests of the hotel were a bit loud with passing through the hallways and we could hear them all, but I believe it was just situational to the time of visit.

seemed updated and had a lot of lounging places to sit and have conversations.

Bar closed at 9 on a night there was a packed venue for a comedy show. not enough choices of food when we returned. We were charged a large amount for a breakfast that was mediocre at best.

Pleasant

There was an odor similar to dirty mop water in the lobby when we arrived. We thought it would go away but it didn’t. We stayed during a college football weekend so the rates were a lot higher than normal, just not a good value

Superb

The staff was lovely, the room was great, the bed was amazingly comfortable. A great stay overall.

The food at the Starbucks Cafe was just okay. The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Wont be coming back

The location of the hotel was exactly where we needed to be for our evening venue event.

The online pictures vs. the room in person was totally deceiving. The room was much smaller in person than online pics. The bathroom shower was extremely tiny as well as the water pressure was almost non existant.
